Value- It was nice that they redirected me to a place that would actually take my UPS return package but as for the value of advertising UPS shipping? A little suspect... Honestly, if you have the UPS logo on the top and in the middle of your sign out front, please do not refer me to a different UPS outlet. It's fairly deceptive to advertise UPS almost as your main gig, yet refer me to an entirely different location. Need to ship via UPS? Go to the UPS store. So I decided to call a courier service to have the CD delivered so I could just head right home. Knowing nothing about Stockton, I Googled couriers on my IPhone. I called another service first and I was told it would be $55 and that it might be an hour or so if he could find a driver and that he would have to call me back. This was all too vague for me, so I called Valley Wide, who were next the list. I spoke to Dave and he was on it --- yes, they could have someone to me in a half hour and the cost would be $35. Now this was exactly what I was looking for! Great service at a reasonable price! The courier showed up and she was very personable. I gave her my package and she said I would be called to be billed after the delivery. The package was delivered in record time and I made a payment with my credit card over the phone. Per my request the receipt was emailed to me. No hassles, and I got home by 3:30! Awesome service, would highly recommend if you need a courier.
