He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size.
