Pizzas are fresh and with good blend of sauce. Their variety of fries are great and crispy: normal, onion rings, spirals, and sweet potatoes. And plain chicken wings are deeply fried so crispy down to the bones. And buffalo wings are good too. Price-wise is average. read more

Normally I would give this place a good rating; however, my review is based on poor phone service. I spent nearly an hour trying to phone in an order tonight, Sunday, July 23rd beginning @ 8pm. The phone just rang and rang; no one picked up. Eventually it goes into voice mail with an electronic voice that says the mailbox is full. In between, the phone rang busy, then went back to ringing off the hook. This is pathetic. I am so disappointed in these people. If you're doing that well, get another phone line and answer the damn phone! I didn't bother trying to place a $35 order via online; I figured if they're not answering the phone, they'll miss my online order as well. I ended up calling someone else. read more

Checked this place out after receiving a flyer. Ordered an eggplant sub and small veggie pizza. Quality of the pizza was horrible. Dough tasted frozen and just wasn't that good. Sauce tasted like crushed tomatoes out of a can. The weight of the box probably tripled from grease. The sub was acceptable but the bread wasn't very fresh. I'll pass on this place. read more

Don't order from this place late. I ordered a Steak Fajita, and it was the worst fajita I have ever had, the steak was chewy and overdone. The curly fries were burnt. And it was not a real fajita it came with one piece of dry pita bread, and the stuffing for it in tinfoil. read more

I've ordered several more times from here as it is so cheap and easy. They have free delivery and the food has always been hot. They are not amazing, but they are great for a budget and the munchies. This place has the BEST pizza and buffalo wings I have ever come across in my entire life. Whenever my family places a delivery order, I always get the medium-sized mild buffalo wings. Ask for them to cook them extra crispy! Sooooo good. Whenever my sister visits, she orders her extra crispy wings too! Try the teriyaki wings too! And their PIZZA! Their pizza is heavenly. The dough is light and spongy, plenty of cheese, and a nice crispy crust. They have a good delivery range too. My brother told me about David's when he was living in Dorchester, on the Quincy border. I've ordered from this place a few times. The good thing about them is fast delivery. Their roll ups/wraps are pretty messy to eat, but the pizza is decent. Sauce is very sweet though. Their calzones are NOT real calzones, they're basically pepperoni pizza sandwiches. Pasta portions are small. I don't usually like to leave poor reviews, especially since I've never had a real problem with their service. However, the one time I did have a problem with my order (asked for a chicken Caesar salad, came with no chicken and one other issue), they were completely unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation. I had only ordered from David's once about a year ago, and remember being unimpressed, but I don't remember the specifics. However, a friend of mine recently mentioned how much she likes them, so when I found myself unexpectedly in the neighborhood, I decided to give it a try. We ordered a large cheese pizza-- how can you mess that up-- and were unimpressed. It was edible, but bland and just not "good." Their sauce tastes funny (too acidic maybe?) and the crust is very commercial and floury. I mentioned this to the friend who recommended David's and she told me she's never had their pizza, but likes their sandwiches and yogurt. The only reason we ordered from them is because The last time we tried them the buffalo wings were awesome. We can deal with just ok pizza, but really wanted good wings. Such a disappointment! Wings were swimming in oil and barely sauced at all. Not even sure there was any hot sauce on them. Gross and not well cooked. Salad was ok, basic iceberg lettuce. Very small serving for what they charge. Pizza was just ok as usual. It's what you get around this area...chunky dry tasteless crust that gets a but soggy under the greasy toppings. Avoid! Keep your hands off! I ordered a buffalo chicken sub and arrived to pick up before it was done being made. The guy making my sub had his bare hands all over my sub while cutting it in half. No gloves, no utensils. Gross! And it's flu season! According to the FDA, gloved hands or utensils are allowed to touch ready to eat food, not bare hands! Five minutes later, I called David's and complained about the guy not wearing gloves. The lady (order taker) lied by insisting he wore gloves. I wiped off the food with a napkin (germs!) the best I could, so I could at least taste the sub. Very average. The food is not worth the frustration! Just to say the worst place I've ever ordered from first off the driver didn't have change for a twenty then I start to eat my fish and chips and turns out it was a frozen peice of fish , like fish that's pre cooked then just put in the fryer to warm up definitely not fish and chips not worth 9 dollars I wouldn't pay a dollar for it.Only good thing is they deliver fast but I guess it's easy when your just warming up something and not actually cooking it.
