I was referred to Dave by a friend so I called him up to move my piano...he and his staff worked sweaty hard to bring my piano safely upstairs with 14 steps to get through. He ensured the move to be safe so he took off all keys apart so nothing gets damaged. I watched him put back everything meticulously .He tuned it beautifully. His price is very comfortable.I won't trust anyone but him. I will sure recommend him highly.

Our fully restored 1920's Ivers & Pond from David has been an outstanding investment.

Brandon arrived with his sprinter van and I was able to add more furniture to my move. Once at the new house, each piece was unwrapped and I was asked where it should go. There was no rush and it was like a perfect dance. This was the very BEST moving experience I have ever had. If I could add 5 more Stars to Anytime Anywhere Piano Moving Company, I would. We needed to find moving help on Tuesday to be finished by Friday a.m. Not ideal timing, but we had an emergency that changed our plans. I contacted on Tuesday and by Wednesday 11 a.m., the mover had agreed in writing to come Thursday morning early for our small job. I wrote around 6 p.m. to confirm the exact time only to discover the mover wasn't coming. No notice and no explanation for why he hadn't contacted me other than to say he'd been busy that afternoon. Then it got weird. When I asked how he could cancel last minute like this with no explanation and no notice, he tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault for booking last minute. There was no mention of this being too last minute when he'd agreed to do the move earlier. Also, super ironic for a company called "Anytime Anywhere"! Not sure what changed in the time since we'd talked. Our job was small and now he had a very early big move the next day. Maybe our booking so late bothered him so much he couldn't take it, and he'd decided to teach us a life lesson about planning by being a no-show. :D Not sure...in any case, see the screenshots and judge for yourself if you would trust this company with your business. The good news...even though Anytime Anywhere's actions left us looking for help after business hours, Full Service Moving (https://fullservicemoving.us/) saved the day. No bizarre guilt trips about booking last minute, and 100% professional and trustworthy communications. Not only did they agree to come the next day, they texted twice in advance with updates on timing. They impressed both me and my husband with their professionalism on-site, as well as their knowledge about moving and integrity regarding the job. We weren't able to move our piano into the room we wanted, and Full Service offered to come back the next day if we still needed help trying another location--impressive!

She has been a part of several amazing bands through Jampro, playing both at their awesome on-site stage and at festivals and businesses here in town. The improvement in her musical talents has been a beautiful and impressive journey that continues to leave me in awe. All of the teachers have been excellent and top caliber musicians themselves. Jampro often served as a safe space for my daughter during some difficult times through the years. They treated her like family and I will forever be grateful. The facility is top notch and every thing you'd expect from a high end studio and more. They even have courses to learn audio production and DJ. I invite anyone to take a tour as you will be wowed by all they offer. The programs are not cheap, but I've found them to be worth every penny and a truly worthy investment in my daughter.

Welcome to Jampro Music Factory. This is seriously a place like no other, with no detail spared, and a passion for providing the best music education experience you can imagine. Close your eyes and picture the quintessential Hollywood recording studio, complete with wood floors, beautifully decorated walls, and big open windows to see what's going on, and that's what you'll find at Jampro. I called them back later that day and the next day, the manager did not bother to get on the phone with me but was relaying messages to Megan on the phone. They assured me they would be calling me back. The next day. I received a text message letting me know it would be six more weeks and the manager would update me. I had yet to talk to a manager or receive an apology. I texted back that it was unacceptable since they already had it 6 weeks and they lost it. They said they would try to get it done as soon as possible. Two weeks later I was informed the manager would be picking up the instrument and would contact me. A week later Gabe contacted me and was very apologetic for the situation. This was the first apology that I had received. Gabe is the reason this review got one star. He went above and beyond to apologize, communicate and called me more than once. I did get the instrument back. However, when I went to go pick it up, Megan acted like she did not want to help me or recognize that I was in the store. I paid over $300 to have the instrument fixed and my daughter informed me not all the pads were replaced. Very disappointed in this music store and the customer service received. I will be using a different music store in the future

He's now playing Principal in the San Jose Youth Symphony and needs something more than the student/chamber model that has served him well these past 4 years. We planned a visit during ski week to see what Silver and Brass might have in stock, and were almost overwhelmed by the supply of instruments to try. I think he actually played about a dozen mid-to-pro instruments, including two Conn 8Ds, Holton 179 and 281, Alexander, Knopf instruments and a Yamaha. All were in shiny like-new condition, and frankly priced to compete with eBay, at a quality that most online sales can't touch. We ended up selecting a truly one-of-a-kind instrument though, a custom, built by Lindsey around a DRGM 8242 Tandem change valves. The lead pipe and bell flare are from a Conn 8D, though the main valve group is from a smaller bore (.480") instrument. It is the most amazingly smooth-playing horn we've ever encountered, based in the original double-horn design that was abandoned in the early-20th century because the original manufacturer couldn't get it right. Simply put, Lindsey got it. The only thing comparable today is the Paxman Merewether. The basic idea is that the usual Bb to F change valve is split into two (3 tubes each), corresponding to the 3 main valves), so that the sides are separated until they come together at the valves. The benefit is that the airstream always goes through the main valves in the same direction. That is, with all other horns, the airstream from the Bb and F sides go through in opposite directions. The result is less turbulence, and a *much* more responsive instrument. It's worth mentioning too that even this description just begins to scratch the surface of what this shop is capable of. They have almost 100 French horns in stock in various states of repair and refurbishment. They can literally build anything you'd want. We benefited hugely from their encyclopedic knowledge of each instrument we tried, and are proud to have made some new friends in the process. Silver and Brass Music is a truly unique treasure. http://silverandbrassmusic.com/index.html
