I quickly realized that it was more important to know and communicate with the actual installer, instead of communicate with a person sitting in an office who made most of the money but didn't actually do the job! Manuel was very personable and easy to communicate with about the job and seemed motivated to do an excellent job. He is very experienced installing flooring and has been doing it for over 20 years I believe. He was very kind and patient when I was trying to decide which LVP product to use. He always called back or text messaged me, whenever I had contacted him. I love the look of the flooring! It has totally transformed a rental Unit that had been neglected and trashed by the previous tenant. I would definitely use Manuel again for any flooring project that I may have, thus I highly recommend him for the quality of his work, the speed at which he was able to finish it, and indeed his kind and thoughtful demeanor whenever I needed to talk to him. Manuel Jose communicated every step along the way about the work they would do including picking up the planks from the store, removing the carpeting, the baseboards, etc. They took care of doing the caulking and painting the baseboards so I didn't have to hire someone else. They showed up on schedule, hauled away the old carpeting and debris, and laid the cedar planks perfectly. I also found their pricing to be competitive. We're so happy with the quality of work and our experience with 831floors. I am now considering using them for other flooring projects in our home.

We found Tony by word of mouth, and we thought it'd be best if we spread the word. They do both residential and commercial jobs, and their depth of experience, efficiency, and quality are shown every step of the way. We had them gut out the kitchen and installed new cabinetry, new granite counter tops, new plumbing/sink, and new tiles. At the same time, another member of his crew worked on the remodeling of the bathroom - new shower stall / fixtures, toilet, sink / vanity, and new tiles as well. They also resurfaced the fireplace in the living room with new marble and added on a mantel piece. They also installed new double pane windows throughout as well. There were so much that were done that we cannot simply list out all the details, but you get the point. You may think, gosh, this is going to cost us $$$$ and probably months, at best weeks? Try about 2 weeks!! Yes, you guess right. Within two weeks, we can barely recognized the place - it was new and simply GORGEOUS! Their rates are extremely reasonable too, which was very important on our criteria list. We got kitchen and dining room restoration done through JH Remodeling after a dishwasher leak over…read morea period of time caused damage to flooring, cabinetry and drywall. After another service removed the moisture and in the process gutted part of the kitchen and dining room, Gadir stepped in to handle the restoration. Right from the start, it was clear that he was on top of the job. He arrived the same day to assess the project and had shared an estimate within an hour. His pricing was reasonable and he quickly scheduled the work. He completed a very neat and quality job quickly and while keeping us updated through the process. He was readily accessible and was prompt in responding to any questions. Gadir was sincere and committed and went above and beyond on the job. First, when he visited a couple of different Lowes stores to find the specific wood we wanted for flooring and brought it to the site. After the job was complete, he fixed the garbage disposal which had a screw badly latched in. Oleg did a great job from start to finish on 2 repairs I needed on my home:…read more 1) 2 of my interior doors would no longer close properly. He assessed the problem, made the adjustments - and painted the repaired area, so it both works and looks like new. 2) A section of my outside fence had 3 slats that fell out. I tried to repair them myself, but the problem was really with the base of the fence. He removed all the slats, went to home depot to get the replacement pieces for the base of the fence, replaced all the slats, and stained the entire section to match the existing fence. We had never even discussed the staining or the touch up to the doors! He just proactively did what needed to be done. Sadly, I have not come to expect this thorough professional work from anyone over the last several years. I need to mention as well, that he responded quickly to my Yelp request, arrived on time, and took his shoes off when entering my home.
