In addition, my floor pattern was discontinued. The stair nose on our step from the kitchen to the family room was cracked badly, ready to break off and needed repair. After reaching out to a few other companies who wouldn't even return my call, I was frustrated. I met Don the owner when he came out to do some work for my employer. He took a look at the photos I had and asked me to come down to Precision to see what we could do about matching a different piece of stairnose. He ordered the piece of stairnose for me and a week later sent Eduardo out to do the install. Eduardo showed up a few minutes early which was refreshing. He was very professional answering all of my questions and addressing concerns. He did an outstanding job on the install. If you didn't know that the piece wasn't original you wouldn't be able to tell. We were very happy with the whole experience and would absolutely use Precision again.
