    This is the second dress  I tried on ......and found it for my son's wedding.....soon.  Loved this one.

    Love that staff are wearing masks, they have precautions being separate. Thank you for treating us very nice. Liked the first dress it was ok. It's been so long that I tried on dresses for a wedding. Loved the second dress, fit fine and nice color.

    This store ruined my wedding dress! I am petite and when the altered the dress and brought the straps up it completely changed the bust of the dress and where everything fell. I had to go back to the store several times for them to fix it and they couldn't get it to work. There were other problems with the alterations AND there were black smudges on my dress even though they claimed to have cleaned it. Pictures are attached that show the quality of their work. There are black marks on the skirt of the dress, a large hole in the back of the skirt, and the clasp at the top is broken. DO NOT go to David's Bridal, specifically this store.

    Overall this place is a three. My last alterations visit I was misquoted prices and I truly expected something wrong with my final fitting. And I had so many problems at my accessories meeting. Having trouble with this final appointment would have been par for the course. We are having a destination vow renewal and I knew this would be the last chance to pick up my dress with no time to fix it if they made a mistake. However, this is probably the smoothest experience since buying the dress. I still am giving it a 2 overall for service because I encountered so many problems. I don't know if this would be my first choice if I needed a dress next time when my kids get married. My dress was cleaned though and pressed and the beading fixed. As mentioned to staff they need better privacy curtains inn the alteration fitting room. Also better care of the floors. A few time now my slip has come home dirty.

    Check every inch of your dress prior to purchasing and or picking up. My daughter had a huge hole in her prom dress. David's Bridal would not fix the hole nor discount the dress. Is that asking too much for a $315 dress? The manager instead was rude and blaming the seamstress. I have to think the seamstress probably could have fixed the hole had it been her fault. The only option the manger gave, after making a stink in the store, was option #1. A brand new dress in a larger size since they no longer had my daughter's size or option #2. A whole new style dress. Really?? Bigger size dress equals more $ for alterations! There are not many dresses to choose from since prom is right around the corner. Plus my daughter had her heart set on this particular dress, which fit perfect except for the length.The manager could use a lesson in customer service. I will not give any more of my money to this business. After spending that amount of money in a store, I would expect better!

    When I had my first dress fitting / alterations I was supposed to pick up my Maid of Honor's dress from alterations when I went in. Well a lady from David's Bridal on 74th Street in Greenfield called me and told me that unfortunately my Maid of Honor's dress won't be ready because the lady was out with the flu. Okay. Understandable. She asked if my Maid of Honor could come in another day. I explained that she can't come in on another day because she lives 4 hours north of here which is why I was going to pick it up when I went in for my alterations but to call me when her's is ready and I can come in another weekend to get it. The lady then asks me to reschedule MY alteration appointment for a day that my Maid of Honor's dress MIGHT be ready on. UMMMM NO WAY!! Who in their right mind would ask that?? I did contact the corporate office about this situation and I was happy with how it was resolved. I ended up being able to pick up my Maid of Honor's dress the same day as my alterations appointment WITHOUT rescheduling my appointment. The rest of my time with David's Bridal went well. I didn't have another issue with them during the remaining time before my wedding.

We never received any form of communication from them. Additionally, we have tried calling and going to the store to see if they were open and they weren't. Here it is June 12th and they still have not reached out to us and our Wedding is June 20th, 2020. Since I never heard anything from them, I was forced to purchase a New dress from DAVID'S BRIDAL. I tried reaching out to Hallelujah Fashion today and they Changed their store Phone number, making it impossible for anyone to reach them.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Do not shop here under any circumstances for a wedding or formal dress!!…read more With alterations, I spent $6000 to live my worst nightmare and have a new dress that was in abysmal condition less than a week before my wedding. On top of that, at every turn the owner tried to blame me and refused to take accountability and stand behind her product. Please go anywhere else to get your dress!!! When I found my dress and was ready to order, the owner refused to measure me citing that the sample was my size. Prior to ordering, I was assured that the dress could be taken in. It was gapping about 2 -3 inches everywhere and didn't touch my ribcage/chest. I was sure to vocalize this to the owner. Alterations: The dress arrived in good condition from the designer and fit too big (exactly as expected). I decided to get alterations done at the bridal shop. Lucy, the in-house seamstress, started pinning my silk dress aggressively without taking a moment to talk through my concerns or ask what I wanted. Later, several other seamstresses for my bridal party (not affiliated with Gigi) were horrified that she pinned such a delicate fabric like this. After she put about 15 pins in the top, she then stated that they couldn't take it in and it was going to make the fabric lay weird with a lot of wrinkles. I was extremely disappointed given that it was the one thing I asked before ordering. I expressed this and was dismissed by the owner. After some debate, I was told that they would at least take in the waist and try to keep the neckline from gaping. The neckline stitch did nothing and the thread color didn't even match my dress. Taking in the waist helped with fit a bit, but the top remained big and never fit/never touched my chest or ribcage. The Next fitting appointment, I noticed everywhere the seamstress had pinned there was a run in the silk fabric. I mentioned this and was told by the staff that there was nothing they can do. During this appointment 6+ runs were found. They then proceeded to try and blame it on me, citing I must have been wearing a bracelet and didn't take any accountability. I only had a pair of pearl earrings on for the appointment. I left the store crying, so disappointed that my dress had now been ruined. I called later that week and instead of fixing anything, the shop owner and seamstress refused to take any accountability and tried to complement me, citing that they can cut the snags down and that's all they can do. It was less than a month before my wedding. At my last fitting I had come to terms with the snags and just wanted the hem done and the dress to be in one piece. The hem was not completed and wouldn't be ready until the end of the day. We were also told that once the dress was steamed we would not be allowed to see the dress outside of the garment bag. Once I was home, against the owners wishes I took the dress out of the garment bag to look everything over and was immediately horrified. During the hem and steaming process the dress became riddled with 4+ black stains!!! My worst fear was realized with my wedding less than a week!! I called the shop immediately that night and left a voicemail on 4:49 PM CST. I also emailed for itemized breaks down of the $700 dollar alterations the next day. The shop was closed on Sunday and Monday and the owner left me a voicemail on Tuesday (the week of my wedding) saying she was disturbed the dress was stained. I returned her call later that day with my father. She immediately tried to say that they were not responsible for the stain and had no way of getting it out. She refused to take any accountability citing that she couldn't do anything. I asked for some sort of compensation on the alterations for ruining my dress and she refused. She tried to say the snags and stains were my fault and actually hung up the phone. I emailed her pictures and she lied about me calling her that Saturday and leaving a voicemail trying to say I didn't reach out until Tuesday. I have the call log and voicemail from the owner that show otherwise.

Since there isn't really an Air Force Base here I wasn't really sure where to get anything done and ensure that it got done correctly and according to our normal uniform regulations. After calling here I asked if they could show something on my uniform but I needed it today for an event tomorrow . The girl was really polite and said it should be about six dollars but she'd have to look at what needs to get done to give her proper estimate and I'd probably be better off just bring it. So my fiancé and I decided just bring it in real quick and see if it was possible to get it done in time that we needed. Once we brought my uniform and she told me that yes they could take the ring from my shirt and throw it that rank onto my dress uniform. They charge me $20 for a ticket get done right in that moment. To be honest that's the cheapest I've been able to get my uniform done that quickly without having to wait and having them also take the rank off of the previous uniform. Some places will charge you less if you use a sea ripper and get the rink off yourself but we didn't want to deal with all of that. The other woman who I'm guessing is the owner was also very friendly and made sure that everything was done accordingly. While we were waiting several other customers came in and we're very happy about the service that they were getting as well so this is definitely going to be my new go to spot while I live in Milwaukee for anything uniform or alteration needed. Context: we are both from Wisconsin, but are currently living out of state with stressful, time-consuming jobs, which is why we wanted to hire a planner. Our budget was lower than what I'm guessing BF is typically used to working with (less than $60,000), so I'm not sure if that was a factor. We got married in Fond du Lac and most of BF's contacts/experience is in the Milwaukee area. We had a backyard wedding at our family members' homes (a small ceremony at one location and a larger reception at a second location) over a holiday weekend. We hired BF 1.5 years prior to our wedding date leaving plenty of time. Pros: -BF was very helpful with providing structure (a to-do list, timeline) and recommending vendors. -They were insightful when finalizing the rental company contract in terms of backyard wedding details that we would not have thought of. For example, generator needs, water hookups, etc. -Day of set-up. They provided us with 3 team members, which was incredibly helpful with setting up chairs, tables, a few decorations, etc. Cons: -All together, we had a total of 3 planners. Our first planner quit and our second planner had to take a step back due to a serious personal matter. This resulted in poor communication, confusion, and stress. It was often unclear who was taking lead on what and we felt the team did not have the bandwidth to actually manage our wedding. We constantly felt like we had to double-check everything and take care of things ourselves because it was unclear who was doing what and we did not want things to fall through the cracks. Despite this, things did fall through the cracks. For example, we did not finalize our catering contract until 1 month prior to the wedding, which ended up being $8,000 more than we originally agreed because we had no other choice. Additionally, the band that BF recommended pulled out 6 weeks prior our wedding. This was not their fault and they found a replacement within one week, but this was still stressful . -They seemed to take a 'copy and paste' approach as in they just replicated what they did for previous weddings instead of really listening to what was truly important to us. More of a you fit us instead of we fit you. For example, although they provided recommendations for vendors, we ended up having to find some on our own because their recommendations did not align with our preferences/budget. Examples: photographer, videographer, and hair & make-up team. When we mentioned wanting a videographer within a certain budget, we were told this was unrealistic and received no help. We did find a videographer within our budget and he did a great job! So happy we found him. -Poor attention to detail. This was pretty concerning and prevalent throughout the process. A couple of examples: (1) they neglected trash removal and only had solutions for the Milwaukee area when we brought it to their attention. We ended up coming up with a creative solution on our own; (2) at the rehearsal dinner, the lead planner did not know the location of where to tell the hair and make-up team to go the following morning (day of). In sum, we're hoping our experience was abnormal. Nonetheless, we never received an apology, acknowledgment, or a thank you for using their service or any sort of contact after the wedding, which we find unprofessional. We were extremely sympathetic to the series of events that were out of their control, but ultimately, the way it was handled was subpar and the planning process/day of execution was stressful. We wish them the best and hope things are improving.

Out of all of the money we spent on this wedding, the one thing that honestly was the most worth it was hiring Jan/Blue fancy as our full service planner. ..We were a covid wedding (8.8.20) that had to be postponed to this year (8.21.21h and Jan took SUCH good care of us (mostly me, who had questions and meltdowns frequently) through it all. She did all of the heavy lifting with the vendors, came with me to my rentals and florals appointment for support, texted and called me whenever I needed her for advice or a question, reminded us of payments and even scheduled appts for us with our vendors and decorated/helped clean up our wedding amazingly with her team day of! Jan was just a great person to have around during this past crazy year and a half and I'm so thankful to have had her as our planner. She made me feel so comfortable right from the start and I felt like she was a friend. If you're on the fence about getting a planner and you're in WI, hire blue fancy and ask for Jan!! You will not regret it! Thank you Jan!
