    I dread walking into here because I just know someone is always going to be rude. The first time I came in here the store manager was so unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. She cut off my bridesmaid from talking when we were being checked in. And made us all super uncomfortable. Idk if she was having a bad morning or what but that was not our fault. We just walked in. Luckily Andy picked up her slack for being rude. They brought the perfect dress and we ended up buying it. I went in yesterday with my MOH. We were greeted and checked in. I had a certain style I wanted and Madi was my stylist. She was NOT so helpful due to being double booked. (That we were weren't aware of until the end) She was running back and fourth. Hardly saw her. When we did see her she was rushed and would disappear again. She keHer manager Nichelle was perfect. Picked up her slack. Made my experience so much better. Even pinched and held dress behind me to take a selfie in a mirror. She was amazing and had the best suggestions and comments to say. Knew exactly what I wanted. I want to give 5 stars to Andy and Nichelle.

    This store is definitely NOT "during their best" during COVID. My daughter is the flower girl on a wedding that had to be postponed due to COVID, and they would not exchange the dress we bought for my daughter for a bigger size. She "surprisingly" grew during these "COVID months." The least thing I wanted to do was call the bride to fix the problem, but since not even the manager of the store helped at all, I had no choice. This is definitely an incredibly ridiculous situation. The manager even suggested me to go to the Glendale store to see if they could help. Really?

    This is the first time I ever stepped into a bridal shop so I didn't know what to expect. But both my daughter and I were overwhelmed with their system. We just wanted to take a look at a few dresses for prom but apparently you have to sign in upon entering. You must write down your name, phone number, and email address. Then, they send a sales associate to help you. The sales associate took her measurements and stated she was a size 10 in dresses. I don't think this was correct, we have bought her plenty of dresses and she is always a size 3/small, a 10 is just too big for her. (By the way, the dress she ended up buying at another store was a size 3) The lady was really nice and attentive but my daughter just didn't like the dresses there so she didn't even try any dresses on. We just wanted to look at dresses but it felt like walking in to a used car dealership. I don't know, maybe it's just us and this the norm for bridal shops. This would be ok for shopping for a wedding dress but it's just too much for a prom dress in my opinion.

    We visited 7 bridal stores in Arizona (4 of them David's) therefore we experienced a very wide range of customer care/service. This was our 7th store, so by this point we walked in knowing we will self serve and not rely on any customer service. Well when you least expect it, isn't it fantastic to receive the best experience in customer care that you've ever had. Alison our sales manager was genuine, attentive, thoughtful, accommodating and sensitive. We felt like we had someone on our side, someone that cared as much as we did. Alison's dedication, smile and all her pre-mentioned qualities truly made our visit to the furthest bridal store worth the drive.

    Took my phone there to get the screen replaced because the flex seal was broken. They told me they…read morewould order the parts same day and the phone would be fixed in two days. Three days later we called and the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive and said he hadn't even ordered the parts and he didn't know when the phone would be fixed and he would call us when it was done. The next day we went into the store and he handed us the phone supposedly fixed but said he had cracked the back screen while he was fixing it and he would order and replacement free of charge. Cook, but why was he messing with the back of the phone when it was the front of the phone that needed to be fixed? Then minutes later the phone is just about dead. The battery it's draining fast. So we charge it. It gets to 100%. And then an hour later it dies. Something is wrong with it if it can't hold a charge. It wasn't like that when we gave it to them before they replaced the screen. Next thing you know, the phone screen is all glitched out. We can't move it, close it, it won't respond to anything. You can turn it off, but once you open the phone, that glitched out screen is there. While that's happening, the phone smells terrible, like burning glue or nail polish remover. At that point, I'm completely done. We are going back tomorrow and demanding they fix what they damaged or that they refund us completely. Because this is absolutely ridiculous. They also did not give us a receipt when we initially paid, or tell us that the phone screen we got was not under warranty and instead of us paying through the store computer. The guy pulled out a phone and had us tap to pay through there. And then next transaction pulled out a different phone and had us tap to pay through there. They are scratchy and deceptive and I warn all who see this, STAY AWAY. Find someplace else to get your phones and electronics fixed. If I could rate no stars or even negative stars I would. I paid over 400$ for them to give me back a phone that was in even worse condition than when I gave it to them.

Like any boutique, everything isn't necessarily my exact style, but I actually love that because I can visualize how I'd style pieces differently. I walked out especially excited about my accessory picks -- and bonus: two items I loved happened to be clearance, so the prices were chef's kiss. Even their regular pricing felt reasonable though. Definitely a spot where you could walk in and leave with a full head-to-toe outfit instead of random pieces that just sit in your closet. What really sealed it for me was the service. The two gals working were phenomenal -- super sweet, attentive without hovering, got my fitting room ready, checked in at the perfect times, and one even offered to steam my pieces since I mentioned I might wear something tonight. That level of care isn't something I see often in boutiques and it made the whole experience fun. Safe to say I'll absolutely be back. Love supporting shops where the vibe, the finds, and the people all align.

I had been on the hunt for the perfect turquoise ring for about a year. Everything online (mostly Etsy) showed what had to be fake given the price and sheer availability, as mentioned above. When I found LaLady Designs, I could see the difference. I needed a ring that was a certain size, both in ring size and stone. The color was important to me and I wanted a simple setting I have arthritis in the knuckle of the finger I want to wear the ring so that was a factor. Turns out, La Lady Designs has some adjustable rings! And not a cheap kind where you can see the sliding part--it's concealed under the stone. Britt was super patient with me. I think I vacillated between four rings before settling on the one I purchased. She took photos, put it on her finger for comparison, everything I needed. And she shipped it super fast!! The lady was extremely polite but could not evaluate it because a certain piece of equipment was not available and she said the Avondale store could evaluate it. She made an appointment for me. It was for 1:30 PM. My wife and I drove the 14 miles and arrived at 1:27. We were told to take a seat behind one woman being served and two other people seated. I told her we had a 1:30 appointment and she said the others were ahead of us; not with appointments, walk ins. I questioned again about the appointment time and she said she would get too us in order of the others. She was polite and said this was the way things are done at E. D. Marshall. Frustrated we took seats, waited 25 minutes then finally left and went to another buyer. It was a totally wrong way to handle customers. If you ever watched Seinfeld, when he didn't get his reserved car, he said to the clerk, "You know how to take the reservation. You just don't know how to keep the reservation." 28 miles round trip to find appointments mean nothing at E. D. Marshall.
