It was such a good experience from start to finish. Vartan was very kind and professional, first off. Second, he was very transparent and methodical. He was able to take a look at a family ring and estimate exactly what we could do with the gold if we melted it down by weighing it then using his knowledge of the average weight of various sizes of rings. And he was spot on. He melted the family ring and made the perfect wedding band for my Fiance and used the leftover gold to create my dream wedding band using diamonds from my grandmother. We loved his work, and the cost of everything for both rings was almost half that what we were quoted in a West LA jeweler shop. He was also very timely with the work. When I brought it in for repair, the staff explained that it would need to be sent to New York and that the repair would cost $80. During the process, they asked about the round tag charm. I explained that I had lost it years ago and had even hoped to purchase a replacement while I was there. Unfortunately, I was told that Tiffany & Co. no longer sells the individual charms separately. While I was disappointed, I was happy to finally have my bracelet repaired. Today, I received it back and was completely surprised to discover that they had not only repaired the bracelet but had also attached a brand-new charm. This unexpected act of kindness turned what I thought would be a simple repair into a truly memorable experience. After more than 20 years, my bracelet looks complete again, and I couldn't be happier. I spent a lot of money buying a pair of sunglasses from the Hyatt resort in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico, for my wife. We were on vacation in February of 2025, and my wife really wanted them. I told her that it was absurd to spend almost $500 on ANY pair of sunglasses. But she really loves TiffanyAndCo, and told me that Tiffany makes quality products and that she would have them for years to come. The sales girl at the Hyatt told me that Tiffany guarantees their brand and product, and will gladly make things right, should the glasses be defective. Well guess what? Tiffany guarantees their products, unless something actually happens to them. Then, they don't really care. They told my wife that there's nothing they can do about it, since we purchased them from a, "3rd Party". Wait, what??? The Hyatt Resorts are authorized dealers for @TiffanyAndCo!! For these glasses to break the way they did, after not a lot of use in a year, is absolutely unacceptable. Tiffany & CO made over $12.5 BILLION dollars in 2025. To tell me that the $500 that I contributed, isn't good enough, is a slap in the face. Is this really the best way to gain lifetime, dedicated buyers? I guess we will find out.
