We are a small farm and a campground/Eco Village that always needs lots of parts and equipment so Princess Auto is our go to store. It is the best store across Canada for hydraulics, air fittings, and hard to find items. I love this place. The prices are unbelievable and the staff are pleasant and chatty . They planted one guy to be grumpy but i bet you can't find him. OMG SIX Stars. 30 times better than Canadian Tire, 65 times better than NAPA, 12 times better than tim hortons, and 3 times better than the damn neighbor that can't return tools. It was nice to be able to grab products without having to wash my hands after. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. It seems like there's a huge warehouse attached, so it was nice that I could just order, pay, and go without having to order or go to another store.

Had a fantastic experience on the my wife's purchase not long ago and I was about to look at…read morepurchasing another Lexus . The second dealing was very bad and disappointing experience. The general manager and principle called it poor communication but they were just protected themselves ,never did hear from owner about my concerns after multiple emails . I had to deal with general manager because my salesperson (who was terrific was away) . I have bought many new cars over the years and this experience was one of the worst if not the worst. Ended up buying my LC500 out of Quebec and had it shipped to edmonton and it was still cheaper and a way better experience . Just saying at this time you have a 50/50 chance of a good experience with this dealership . I have talked to Lexus Canada and they should hear from them , I never have . Do you homework with this dealership and be careful who you deal with . I will report back once I use their service department hopefully that manager knows what he is doing better than the others ,there is only two dealerships in Edmonton and the other is on the other side of the city so I will see how its run .Wish me luck
