I am a customer since 80s when it was Pick Your Parts. And still I am. But got no idea why keep changing staff. New staff are not knowledgeable, charging wrong prices. When you complain to Management they are not helpful either. Last week I was there it was so cold, I was back in and out, I bought couple parts cashier ask me my I D for seniors discount, and sit in car warm up, went back got more parts, same cashier ask my I D again in 1/2 hour ?. She enter the wrong code for the part it was wrong price. I tried to contact Beanard call him 3 or 4 times that day no responce. Finely two days later I call agian he told me call the Store Manager, i did call the number Benard gave me someone did answer my call, but no name, He was no helpfull even rood. read more

Just expensive for used parts cheaper on Amazon most times for new parts . And to be honest if their prices for used is going to be close to Amazon for new I would rather buy new . read more

I had same experience with Robert D. When I was at Pick n pull on Oct 23 2022, they refuse to honor my store credit issue on Jan 12 2109. Store told me my credit is not available in the their system. But could not explain the reason. A very rude lady names Dawn promised to get back to me with reason but never did. After I contacted their management multiple times over phone and Email over 5 months, they agreed to pay my credit in cash if I go to their store anytime of my choosing, I went to the store yesterday and they still refuse to honor my credit. It appears that they lost data of customer's store credit and are trying to rip off people instead of fixing the problem. All customers had same experience should contact Service Alberta's Consumer Investigations Unit (CIU) at 1-877-427-4088 to file a complaint. read more

On visiting today, I see at the entrance a sign in " English and Spanish "...and on asking one of the attendants why wasn't it in English and French ( which are the TWO ( 3 ) official languages of Canada I got a response ' This is an American company. ' ) I replied and so is Ford, GMC, Chrysler and just about 99.99 per cent of most other major companies in Canada have their head offices in the US of A. I might have started beating my head against the wall. I said only, ' ok then, I will show you the power of ONE ' and soon, very soon you will replace that sign that's in English and Spanish with a correct sign in English and French. I always try to go to Pick-n-Pull for my car needs, even if it's not the closest location. They have excellent rates and their customer service is always quick and helpful. I've been going there for a couple of years now and have found that they have the best prices in the area. read more

The parts I picked and pulled were a little scuffed. Pick-N-Pull wanted $20.00 for them. Amazon will deliver the same parts, new, to my house, tomorrow, for $23.00 and warranty them. I left the parts on the counter. read more

I 've been at wreck yard. And I found out it very good organized. Very nice staff. They helping a lot and gave very useful advices and recommendations. You can always check an inventory at front desk. You can buy alloy wheels with tires 4 sets. They have sections. clean and easy access. Nice service and people! Thank you read more

After being refused within the operating hours at Auto Bucks, because they were close to closing time we headed to Pick-N-Pull to search out captain's chairs for our Dodge Caravan. When we walked in the door a half hour before closing time the gentleman at the counter asked if we had signed their waiver, and took our loonie to get in the yard, then asked if we'd been there before or if we know what we were looking for and where we were going. I promptly told him I know I need a bucket seat, but have only been here once before. Upon getting the year, make and model of my vehicle he pulled out a 6 inch paper listing the exact vehicles i would need to search out to find the correct fitting seats. He reminded us they do close right at 5pm so we had a half hour to scope it out, but gave us directions to the section we needed to cut down our time. With it being an auto yard, there were parts strewn out between rows so it made sense why they don't allow anyone under the age of 12 into the yard. So hubby waited in the van with the kids while my brother and me searched. Just as the guy at the counter had said we found the rows of vans and started searching. Within a few moments we had found the matching seats to what our van would need, but the van they were in looked in pretty rough shape like it had been totaled so i wasn't completely confident in taking those seats, so we moved on. There were many options to choose from, but we found a van that didn't look like it had been in an accident and both captains' chairs were inside! Score! we checked all the functions, recline, folding locking and unlocking and the cup holder. After everything checked we pulled them out and headed to the check out where we were about 12th in line. Surprisingly, and unexpectedly the line moved very quickly. in no time we were being served and asked if we wanted our seats marked discreetly in case we needed to bring them back. Upon saying no, i noticed they also have a tool kit club you can join for free and earn points. Upon joining you get 50 points and almost a point for every dollar you spend. When you reach 350$ you get a free 20$ gift card, how cool is that? Free to join with rewards to come! So within 40 minutes our day had turned around and i had my captains chairs and some great service. Will most definitely be keeping them in mind for the future! read more

Pick-n-Pull is a regular car junk yard but with a couple of nice options: all the cars in the lot have been jacked up, so the customers have an easy access to the bottom of the cars. The lot itself is tidy and neat, and the ground is covered with crushed rock, so in the spring and fall it stays relatively mud-free. The head office is equipped with the computer, so that customers can request to look up parts they need before they enter the site. Recently the company added a nice feature to their website that allows customers to check inventory online. Now people can check whether or not the yard has the certain type of vehicles without leaving the comfort of their homes. A couple of things that made my husband a little skeptical about this business are that they charge a loony for the entrance, and that they give store credit for returned items. Other than that, the business is booming, especially now when people don't have a lot of disposable income to spend on the brand new car parts. And it is always a nice idea to buy from junk yards because it is, in a way, a type of recycling. read more
