Very disappointed with them. Walked in to the store ALL four sales staff are glued to the computer screen. NOT one would even look at me. I actually stood there and waited. When one of them looked to see me he had a attitude. Like really??? I told him i had phoned on the part. That person said he had two, plus a little different type that could work also. Being a hour away, i wanted to be sure. Nope. Do not have one. Got one close, could work.But $30 more. Said there is warranty. NO papers on this, nothing. WHAT A JOKE THE STAFF IS!!!!!! I've been going to Mopac for years as it is the one racing/performance shop that is always there. In Edmonton, there are lots of these types of shops that come and go, but Mopac isn't one of them. For auto related performance parts, it's always cheaper to buy stuff online rather than in 'bricks and mortar' type businesses, but Mopac is your option if you want to buy locally. Although they can't compete with the prices of many online stores, they are still pretty reasonable. For aftermarket parts, they cater mostly to domestic vehicles - Fords, Chevys, etc. Since I own Japanese cars, they don't have a lot in terms of performance parts for me. Most of the things I have bought are more universal items -- electric fans, thermostat controls, radiators, etc. I've also bought safety gear through them and racing jerry cans. Their customer service is OK, but nothing to brag about. When I'm in there, I hear guys talking to customers who own muscle cars and they seem very interested and knowledgeable with those cars. But they haven't been particularly helpful with me. Also, the past few times I've called them, they haven't had stock in what I'm looking for, so they would have to order it in. If I'm going to have to wait "a few weeks" for the order to come in, I'd rather just order online, save some money, and know when I am going to get it. read more

I bought fittings and stainless braided line.I used it to make a power steering pressure line.It was a total waste of 90.00.The fittings and line do not work together.The line blew off the fittings before I threw it in the trash.Went to a reputable company and bought hose and fittings to never have the problem agai.And yes the pressure relief valve is working So don't waste the money or time buying hose or fittings from here read more

I have been looking to order some parts for my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 and found the service to be excellent, and the prices were slightly better than ordering the same parts through the U.S. and then paying the shipping and brokerage. I was also very impressed with the quantity and types of products Mopac carried in their showroom as well as the stock they maintain. I would definitely recommend looking into Mopac for price quotes at very least. read more

Was dealing with JB until I met Rob from Mopac. Rob has been awesome so far and I look forward to future dealings with him. My son and I are working on a 1981 Camaro and have not been happier with the service we have recieved from Rob. Rob has proved to be very knowledgeable and has steered us in the right direction concerning all our questions and needs. I went on their site to check on carburator prices and the one I wanted was listed at 492.00. When I went to purchase it at the store the price was about 660.00 dollars. When I questioned the staff about this I was informed that when you choose to look up certain brands on their webpage it sends you to the company page which gives prices in US dollars. Very misleading. Then I also noticed after making my purchase they do not give refunds only replacement product, of course they don't tell you this up front. I am returning the carburator I purchased as I found out I actually don't need it. If they don't refund my money I will get something else but will not be buying anything from them again. read more
