I get a text message from a random number that is the same guy asking for a photo of my car. I was actually planning to send it and go through with it. I get a text from the same number at 11pm saying "?". First, I didn't give him permission to contact me, it was just an informal call for info, no form filled out with my contact information or for a formal quote. So I tell him he woke me up and this was very unprofessional behavior and not to contact me again. His response ? "Don't west people time pls you making inquiry n not answer when we follow up saying UNPROFESSIONAL. You make inquiry in morning around 11am till now you didn't answer it's ur car what ever you want do don't west people Time" Looks like I dodged a bullet based on the one previous review and need to find a reputable company. Not only was the service fast and every Saturday during the summer months they have complementary BBQ. I gotta say that was a plus as I didn't have lunch yet. The staff were very friendly and even though I was there to get my tires swapped none of the front end staff were trying to push car sales on me. I really enjoyed the BBQ the food was great. They take airmiles 1 mile for every 50 dollars you spend and their service prices are very reasonable. Definitely will be back. I also had chance to walk over to London drugs and back. There are a lot shops around to pass some time if you want.
