I wanted to go somewhere that everyone else has had nothing but good experiences. The office is really nice and clean, and the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming. Being the chicken that I am, I was about near having a panic attack when I sat down in the dentist chair, but by the time I was done with my cleaning and exam I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The staff here is just amazing. I think Vanessa was the lady who initially helped me out and took all my xrays - she was the best! And then I met Dr. Rodig himself and he was so friendly! The hygienist who cleaned my teeth I believe was Annie and she was so kind and informative. I've never been to a dentist that's so thorough with their work and completely understanding of nervousness/anxiety. She would not refund the $100 deposit that I put down because a surgeon was to travel in to excise the broken tooth. Since the procedure was cancelled and no surgeon had to travel in, I was told I would get the refund of $100. That has not happened - it has been two months. I don't appreciate being lied to and my money being stolen.
