New potential patient here. They blew that possibility BIG TIME. No way I'd EVER go back to a jerk like this and let him touch my mouth EVER AGAIN. By the way, they changed their name to "TUSK IMPLANTS and DENTISTRY". Look up the difference between a "General Dentist" and an "Implant Specialist". Then look up "Prosthodontics". Those Prosthodontist dentists are specially trained for 3 additional years of dental school to do implants, dentures of all types, and major cosmetic procedures. Just a "heads up!" folks. This guy isn't one of them. I went in on May 7th for my first evaluation, and then back again on July 8th 2025 for an additional evaluation to give him another chance because the first evaluation was high pressure to do the treatment he strongly suggested. He bragged about his numerous implants and experience. I saw a "red flag" due to that attitude. And due to having severe Periodontal disease and losing many teeth already, and his office was referred by my insurance provider, I gave them another chance. I've lost 18 teeth in total, so far, from the disease. For the 14 remaining teeth extractions and possible snap in Implants (both upper and lower arches) it will be well over $30,000.00 (even with office discount) for me to be able to get nourishment (protein) again and regain my health. Wow!! OMG! Am I dreaming or is this a dental/dentist office nightmare? I'm in disbelief. Lots of "red flags" at this place so stay alert and question EVERYTHING. And the owner/dentist does NOT like being challenged about procedures and/or questioned AT ALL on either his treatment plans, or breaking up the work into several stages. At all. He's a "type A personality" - as I am - and we definitely clashed a bit. He literally told me that if I wanted the work done 'my way' to DO IT MYSELF. Believe that?? We instantly clashed because he was pushing so hard for everything to be done at once, his way, whereas I need to do it in stages due to my specific financial circumstances. His attitude was, that if I needed to go get financing, aka a loan, go do it. I like paying in cash for things and try to minimize my borrowing money for things. I don't like owing people money. That's just me. Moving on...... Just be cautious. They're money centered, not patient care centered. My experience was a nightmare. Good luck. UPDATE: 15July2025 I filed a grievance with my insurance company against this business over his upselling tactics and terrible customer care over me questioning his treatment plan. They act like they can help you. Then when you see the dentist and he doesn't see much profit in your problem. He subtly gets you out of the office. I'm not the only one that has had the problem either. I don't recommend. read more

Don't trust them they gaslight you on the price then you end up paying more then you thought you would. I have waited to post this review to be sure my instincts were correct. Spoiler alert: they were I took my daughter here about a month ago. She was 4 at the time and I needed her paperwork filled out for kindergarten. Unfortunately, her regular dentist stopped accepting children so I found myself in a rush to find a dentist with an opening for not only her 6 month cleaning, but also her paperwork. I called around and was told over and over that openings weren't available for at least a month. I finally stumbled across this dentist who had an opening not even a week later. I should have realized why they had an opening but was concerned about getting the paperwork filled out. Now, I'm am VERY adamant about all 3 of my children brushing and flossing daily. I floss and brush my 2 younger children (4 & 8) every night and my 11 year old does himself. None of my children have ever had a cavity. I have also took every child to the dentist as soon as they turned 1.5 and had teeth. I know, it's weird to brush an 8 year old's teeth but that's how anal I am about their teeth. Also, I have taken my 4 year old since she was 1.5 but she didn't let them actually clean her teeth until 6 months prior to this appointment. They x-rayed her and after the cleaning said he teeth look great, no cavities. Fast forward to this appointment. The staff was really nice. The dental assistant was really nice too even though this dentist clearly do not see children normally. The wait was a little long but nothing to complain about. My problem was with the actual dentist. She walked in and looked in my daughter's mouth for less than 3 seconds. I am 100% not exaggerating. Then, she looked at me and said, "I see a cavity. You need to floss." I was caught off guard and said, "We floss every night. She has a cavity?!" She repeated, "Yes, you need to floss." I repeated that we floss every night and she ended up saying something else and left. I made an appointment for a cleaning (because apparently they didn't clean her teeth for some reason) and left. I cancelled the appointment a few days later knowing that I was absolutely not going back with my child. I was livid. I was about 99% sure that she didn't have a cavity. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and scheduled an appointment at a dentist I knew was good with kids. I had to wait until today but I didn't want to traumatize my child unnecessarily. Long story short (we'll, actually long story long) she had no cavities. They x-rayed her and cleaned her teeth and said they look great. That is the last time in my life I just go to a random dentist. If you take anything from this review, please, just don't take your children here. It is very discouraging to know that this doctor was willing to traumatize my child with a fake cavity. I honestly don't know what the story is or why they would even do this, but it's not ok. You couldn't pay me to go back to this place. read more

If I could give no starts I would. Years ago I went to this dentist office. The dentist suggested I get a bridge because I had a empty space on my side left of my mouth. Close to the back molars. He didn't give me a visual representation of what exactly he was going to do to me. I trusted him. My fault. I later found out that was not the right choice for me. He did it for the money. I ended up paying 1,000 and so did my insurance. Did not benefit my in any way. Has made my dental hygiene worse. Don't go to this place. The worse part is while he was working on me the numbing wore off because he was going back and forth with patients. I had to tell him it hurt for him to numb me again and he was Reluctant. And he also used a dirty metal object in my mouth on a separate visit. I now because there was numbing solution on the metal object. And I was just going in for a check up. I have been going to them for many years now and I must say that I have no complaints about any of the work I have had done! Also very quick to get you on that dentist chair and get right to it, which I loooove! I've been to a few different dentist prior and man... they get you on that chair and it will still take them a half hour to get to you not them, like I said they get right to it! Facility is kept very clean and there staff is just AMAZING whenever I'm in any doubt I call the office and speak to Jolene, which by the way is very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining everything very thoroughly helps me feel more comfortable. They also do follow up calls to make sure that everything feels right and that you are not feeling any discomfort, this just tells me that they really care about there customers and want them to be happy and satisfied. read more

Very clean friendly, i moved from my previous dentist due to hours not working around my scheldule came here and transfer my x-rays but dr, gill he still sugested me getting an x-ray from his office, i was doutful due to my insurance not covering for another set of x rays. Daughters X-rays and cleaning was a breeze and the young lady that did the cleaning was such a sweetheart, gave my daughter tips and suggestions to keep her teeth in even better shape. This rating is about the front desk who very specifically deceived me into an appointment. My child needed root canal and crown. Changed jobs so the last dentist is not part of my plan network. But I had the paperwork and X-rays that detailed the work. Front desk specifically stated dentist does root canals however if complicated could be outsourced. Showed up for the visit redid x rays. Only to learn that dentist never does root canals, no experience. only does basic dentistry. We were lied too, there is no mistake. And we wasted an appointment. I want to warn everyone about this place! I just went change my dental place to here because I thought it would be better than access dental. But nope, it's way worse. I went to the dentist 2 months ago and they said I was cavity free!!! When I came here, they said I had 7 cavities and they want to remove 2 of my silver fillings. It's a total joke. My last dentist said that they were too small to become a filling. When I said that, Dr. Gill made me sound like I'm stupid. I'm not comfortable letting them do any fillings. But I think this place doesn't have enough business that's why they want to scam people. It's 300 something for a cavity without insurance!!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Usually I'm am left very impressed with the level of work and professionalism with this office. Today, waited 40 minutes only to be told that it would be another possible 20 minutes before I would be seen. I decided to just leave due to the unknown time I would actually be seen. Its frustrating because its a waste of my time and gas. I'm also not impressed with how they are accounting for COVID-19. The waiting area is not spaced out for social distancing. I decided to stand since the area was taken up by elderly people and I didn't feel right about sitting next to them. They did implement a face covering requirement and they did check temperatures upon entry; however, they are not consistent with their requirements. I saw a delivery driver just walk into the back with no mask or temp check. Since this is a medical office I would think they would know better then to have all these tiny errors happen. All it takes is one person to possibly infect many. After today I may take my business elsewhere. Kind of a bummer since its difficult to find a good dentist. read more
