So...I'm torn. He is a great endodontist BUT his office is horrible! I could barely sit in his waiting room. It's the dirtiest medical office I have ever been to. His exam room had dust bunnies everywhere. I felt extremely uncomfortable having him examine me in such a dirty environment. I'm thankful I didn't need a procedure. I don't think I could have agreed to do it at his office. I'm surprised the health department doesn't have an issue with this place.

This is what happened when i went there

This was the worst experience in my life, he was rough, and unbeknownst to me he broke a brush off in one of the roots and left an infection in the other 2. He didn't tell me 3 yrs later I had to have another root canal on the same tooth and found all that out. I ended up having to have the tooth removed because of the very bad work I had done by him!!! I would never recommended him to anybody not even my enemy! The worst experience I have EVER HAD. run far away from here.. I believe he is the worst, he has no problem falsifying medical record as he did mine trying to cover his butt! I say don't trust this guy and run far away!!

Dr. Brar was honest and transparent when explaining what needed to be done for my root canal operation so that I could understand.

Great ortho. Performed a root canal on my mother and corrected the damage done by Allure Dental. The ortho was professional and caring.

I have been a patient at Dr. Rosenbaum and Associates for roughly 20 years, which makes it…read moredisappointing to write this review, but the practice has changed dramatically and not for the better. Over two decades, I have seen more than 10 different dentists come and go. That level of turnover alone suggests there are internal culture issues. About 10 years ago, one dentist told me I had decay visible on an X-ray and recommended a crown. I agreed. After grinding my tooth down to a nub, he said to the assistant, "Huh, there is no decay." That procedure still cost me around $600 out of pocket even with insurance. I filed a formal complaint with the office manager at the time. That manager is no longer there either. In the past couple of years, the entire staff has been replaced. My longtime hygienist left, and I was assigned a new one. She was very young but polite and did a decent job. I would rate her about a 7.5 out of 10. The issue is not the individual staff members. It is the overall experience and direction of the practice. This office used to feel welcoming. Everyone knew my name, and I knew theirs. It felt personal. Now it feels like a corporate assembly line. Even the patient volume seems to reflect this change. Years ago, parking was difficult to find and the waiting room was full. Now there are plenty of open parking spaces and far fewer patients waiting. At every visit, they now require you to complete a full medical history on an iPad, even if you have been a patient for decades and nothing has changed. I found this intrusive and asked if I could opt out and simply notify them of any changes, especially since I was only there for X-rays and a routine cleaning. The staff member handing me the iPad rolled her eyes and walked away. Another staff member later told me they would not see me unless I completed it and claimed this was required by federal HIPAA law. After researching this myself, I learned this is their internal policy, not a legal requirement. In other words, I was misinformed. I would have absolutely disclosed any relevant health changes, particularly anything that could affect anesthesia, even though no anesthesia was being used that day. The interaction felt unnecessary, cold, and dismissive. After that visit, I canceled my next appointment and booked with a new dentist closer to my home. I am genuinely looking forward to a fresh start. It is unfortunate to walk away after 20 years, but this practice no longer feels like the place it once was.

I have to share that I was/am with this "Dental Group" because DR Mary joined with my previous…read moreDentist and I sort of just continued after my Dentist eventually retired. A few years back I was in the Waiting area to see my Dentist when I got to experience my first contact with DR Mary and how she approach two young girls (probably new patients), it was truly a very sweet communication between the three of them with the girl's Mom just sitting by...DR Mary just relaxed in the room and spoke with the girls, explaining that yes this could be a scary experience but SHE would do every thing in her control to make it OK (DR Mary was SO kind and very patient with their questions and concerns)! So now, I am back for a not so wonderful time myself since this passed Saturday I had a "Crown" come loose (thankfully, I was able to save the crown without damaging or swallowing it). Contacted the Dental Office first thing Monday morning (yesterday), and they were able "Fit" me in. I am definitely not a fan of ANY dental work or procedures but once again I got to experience DR Mary (and her Staff), their incredible Service of care and patience. Once I was seated, DR Mary's Staff Member was trying to help me but I was not able to handle the tooth's clean-up and preparation (just a "Joann" thing), for the Crown to be put back on. So, DR Mary came in and explained what needed to be done and without pressure or rush, let me decide how to take care of this my way! WOW, truly there was NO pressure or RUSH to for me to decide how to handle it at my comfort level...remembering, I came in without an appointment and on a Monday! This was Monday following a Thanksgiving Weekend and they still found a way to get me in and help me with my unfortunate situation, took their time to let me handle my anxiousness of the whole procedure and I left a lot better than when I first got there and my Crown in tack! I just wanted to share a "Good/Great" experience at a Dental Office verses so many of us that have not SO good or unpleasant ones. I am very thankful for DR Mary and ALL the Staff, how they treated and took care of me...do have to say and pray that my next visit will hopefully be as good but be it just a routine cleaning the "Lord Willing"!

The dental assistant Jessica was amazing but as for the "endodontist" that's a hard no. I thought…read moreif you study a speciality beyond just general dentistry then the expectation is you should know what you're doing but the dentist made me feel very uncomfortable by appearing unsure of if he'd be able to complete a root canal which made me unsure if I want an unsure questionable root canal not provided with more confidence. Also, I'm not a doctor but I am a LMFT who's worked in the psych world for 20 years. Because of the meds I take, that I'm aware of a low to no risk of a negative drug interaction and quite frankly, I'm prescribed by my prior general dentists to minimize my anxiety about going to the dentist...and then a specialist who first said he would prescribe something and I could come back the next day except he than felt uncomfortable prescribing because of what I take. The endodontist I ultimately went with who I've seen in the past who is out of network (so I paid a lot more) was accommodating and confident. He did prescribe the medication and I asked are there any negative interactions between my meds and what he was giving me and he said exactly what I said to the geer endodontist which was there is no worry as the meds fall under different drug classes that are often prescribed together as a combination because they do not counteract each other. So, the uncertainty and someone who's uncomfortable prescribing a medication he initially said he would then wouldn't because he doesn't have licenses and certifications to do so or just doesn't understand the low to no risk for contraindications according to medicinal guidelines should be categorized as not a specialist in my opinion. I'd give 1 star but Jessica deserves an added star.

I told the Dr. I get so anxious going to the dentist so he prescribed me something to help and gave me head phones to wear with music playing.
