Yes, this particular piece of luggage just went to Europe for 6 weeks. Luggage is meant to be used. When my mother went to pick up her luggage, the guy working there chased her out of the store verbally assaulting her. I was there with my 8 year old daughter and we were very frightened by this behavior. These people work in the service industry. I can't believe they would treat their customers like this! This is clearly a pattern of behavior and you should think twice before supporting a business that would treat their customers in this way.

Leather World seems to be the only Rimowa option around Boston. A half dozen repairs were done okay, but not always on the first try. Often they leave glue residues inside and never make an effort to remove dents. I had repairs done in Frankfurt at the the airport and in Beijing with much better results.
