Dr. Kim Seon acupunturist 1140 W La Veta Ave #580, Orange, CA (714)486-2873 his office says the doctor's name is someone else. i went to see for foot and ankle swelling and calf pain. he was not explaining much and said i ask too many questions. i said i don't want to do cupping because it gives me bruises...he was vindictive and instead of explaining he had another cupping device which i could not see as i was laying on my stomach and he was at my feet, he said ok you are the doctor. as i was leaving he yelled at me for quite a long time complaining about insurance and how they don't understand acupuncture doctors and i was taking too much of his time asking too many questions. i tried telling him he could request more visits and ive asked insurance several times about the policy that i can see 2 per month unless the doctor asks for more. he continued to yell at me that i don't know how anything works and he can't do it....finally i got the message that he wanted some previous report from another doctor about my foot pain...after about 10 minutes of yelling at me, saying i already told you this...and he didn't get the idea of requesting more.... he talked about me paying for some consultation... i said my insurance doesn't pay for that and i don't need it i need treatment. he put a needle in that was very painful and after he took it out i told him it still hurt there... he presssed his thumb on the area hard even more for about a minute long and hurt me even more. read more

Seems like this individual committed fraud by getting a massage & not wanting to pay the full price but they could've asked for a discount if they really didn't like his technique! Try being respectful instead of showing hate, be kind & pay for your services. $50 for a massage is cheap when I've paid more! Well the doctor has new patients to give a detailed history and the doctor reviewed every question s with you in detail dr Kim is very attentive makes sure you are comfortable, then he examined all the joints in my ,then says is this painful.I was seeing him for left hand pain , my hand wants to be in a fist all the time from my strokes he found the spots that was painful then puts the needle in that spot and takes a heat lamp on my arm while he puts the needle on fire with a cigarette lighter and ask can I feel the heat and I did leaves the needle in for 2 minutes then repeat s this up my lark and he I gentle man and continue to concentrates one you I will return to him twice a week I would recommended him I felt better after the session .I would give the doctor 12 plus stars . I highly recommend this doctor for Acupuncture. He has a very accredited schooling and has many degrees. Heaven sent!! This man is AMAZING! I am 36 weeks pregnant and could not shake a migraine off. The nurses at labor and delivery in St. Joseph's recommended I see him and boy am I glad I did. I was seen same day I called. He is attentive, kind and gentle. Within just one visit my migraine was almost gone and I was super relieved. My second visit I had awful sciatic nerve pain and he was able to reduce the pain severely. Needless to say I sleep like a baby that night. I will continue my treatment with him. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst doctor I've ever been to in my life. I arrived to his office at 9:30, my appointment time and he wasn't there yet, this was the second time I arrived on time and he was late. He gave me the worst massage not even worth 20$, and charged me 50$. I asked for my money back and he refused. He did not tell me there were options for the massage, he only told me when I said I wasn't happy with mine, which he called the "regular massage". He said I didn't tell you because I thought you couldn't afford it!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! He was so rude and proceeded to tell me that 50$ means nothing to him, yet he still wouldn't give me my money back. He discriminated against me and is a terrible doctor. DO NOT go to him!! He does not deserve the business. If anything he should be shut down for being a scammer and not caring about his patients. read more
