UPDATE!!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!…read moreBad practices, lack of communication with poor accountability. I designed my media room centered around the size, color and style of the loveseat. The other items I purchased all went very well together. I made this purchase in August 2025. The Maimz Loveseat with matching Ottoman, 4 Barstools, a Dropleaf Round Breakfast Table with matching 4 Chairs and assorted furniture including a bed, frame and swivel leather chair. Delivered February 21st 2026 They didn't let me know the loveseat would NOT be delivered. They canceled the order. No one knew what happened. It took over a week of me calling them. Finally someone at Corprate said they issued a refund in January, but failed to let me know through a call, text or email. There wasn't any paperwork confirming a refund transaction until March 3rd. Finally received an Email after over 8 phone calls to customer service, the store and the Philippines that the couch was discontinued. So I have an ottoman with no matching couch! Where did the refund money go? No paperwork, transaction number or notification. When asked where they sent it, they didn't know which bank account? Unacceptable follow up with nothing good in email, no detailed information at all. The worst customer service I have ever received . Sold me an an ottoman with no matching couch. That they finnaly issued a pickup for return, but never mentioned my refund! Poor excuse that it was discontinued, I had first dibs on the display couch. This was mine! Where did it go? I'm returning everything I purchased for this room from Ashley. But they are refusing to take back the barstools and Breakfast set. They left me high and dry like an empty airplane with passengers left in the terminal. The customer service is completely unacceptable. If i get one more AI Chat bot from Jenny, I'm going to scream. ---- Review I wrote when purchased: Miss Vivian is the BEST at this Colma location. She got me deals upon deals. I'll never forget the time she spent with me making my purchases, and all of the assisting staff and management. Each and every person and item is Top Notch! I can't wait to get these home just in time for the upcoming holidays. This location has good parking. Clean well displayed store. I found many items of interest. Will definitely shop at this location again in near future.

Beautiful showroom: no hard sales tactics, yet people were available to answer any questions. I tried several mattresses in my price range and headed out. Next day, I jumped online to purchase the 11.5" Firm Queen Saatva Classic using the Wirecutter sale, clicked purchase, and the sale disappeared - yikes! Called customer service and they honored the sale price immediately and with pleasure - yay! Mattress arrived two-ish weeks later - delivery process was seamless - and wow was it firmer than I remembered! The literature says to give it a few weeks. I gave it six weeks and decided to exchange. Headed back to the Union Square showroom and met Sirius at the front desk. He is amazing - siriusly amazing! - and such an asset to the company. Sirius helped me figure out the mattress I liked in store was the Classic Firm 14.5", not the 11.5" - totally my bad. Sirius then explained the difference between the two and went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my exchange. Yes, Saatva is a solid company based on my experience, from a terrific showroom to no hard sales tactics to helpful customer service to communicative and efficient delivery, but what brought me to Yelp is Sirius. This guy seriously likes people and is seriously knowledgeable about mattresses and toppers and pads and sheets and he seriously likes his job and he seriously likes the company. Everything he did felt intentional and present and I am seriously happy he was in the showroom that day.

I am surprised my current mattress is dying despite being only 6 years old. They used to last much longer but these days, not so much I guess. I had known about Saatva for some time as they are rated some of the best mattresses out there. Chat GPT narrowed in pretty quickly on one. I decided to visit the SF showroom and I would say if you live anywhere near one you absolutely must visit to try out the different mattresses. The one Chat steered me towards was a quick "no" by both of us. We fairly quickly narrowed it down to 2. Went home and did more research and the next day (today) returned to re visit them and made the deal. I ended up getting over $800 off with the spring sale, a referral from a current mattress owner and signing up for their marketing e mails. I got the Zenhaven latex, which was a surprise even for me but it is the most durable mattress in the store and it felt great, so why not? I was tempted by the motorized frames but didn't go for it. What makes Saatva such a great company is you can return your mattress for another one, add a frame later if you want (those are non returnable, just FYI), etc. The company nails great customer service. Every staff member in the store was super friendly and helpful but Jenny Spitz spent at least 2.5 hours with us answering every question expertly, discussing the options, pros and cons and doing everything to make sure we are happy. They are non commissioned so that is a little surprising but whatever they're doing works because it's way better than a high pressure sales person following you around steering you towards the most expensive mattress. I haven't slept on the new mattress yet but I'm confident I will love it and I know if I don't they will make it right, so that is total peace of mind. I love the company and it would take something catastrophic to change my opinion on that which I don't expect. Unless something changes this review stands as a solid 5 star. Again - do not buy one sight unseen. Be sure to go into the immaculate showroom first - you won't regret it.
