Extremely thorough and professional. Relaxed, pleasant demeanor. One treatment for crippling plantar fasciitis and I was good to go!

Agree with the other reviewer... they are only interested in billing. A week after my knee…read moresurgery, I was seen in this office. Fortunately, I had an amazing surgeon and when I went to see the therapist, I had no pain at all. In fact, after walking back to the room with the therapist, the first thing he asked was "when" is my surgery. He was amazed to learn I had already had surgery. I was completely weight bearing and had no limitation to my range of motion. I let the therapist know that I was only coming at the request of my surgeon. The therapist said as long as I was feeling well, there was no need for me to come back. The appointment took all of about five minutes and the therapist did nothing other than talk to me. This would be perfectly fine... except today, two months later... I get a bill for their services! Given the fact the therapist did absolutely nothing other than speak to me for a minute... I have no idea why the balance bill. They were reimbursed by my insurance. But my insurance did not cover their full charge. And even though they did essentially nothing for me, they are charging me for the full visit. As a Veteran who served 30 years in the military and as a licensed healthcare professional who has been practicing for over 40 years... I find this behavior appalling. I have never met providers that are so anti-Veteran as I have discovered since moving to this area. Throughout my life after leaving the military, I have never had a provider send me a balance bill. Because we are Veterans, they accept the payment the military insurance pays and that is it. I understand it is the practices prerogative to send a bill for the balance not covered by insurance. But given the therapist did absolutely nothing to me, it's almost fraud to send me a bill. I cannot actually speak to their care since the therapist did nothing for me. Again, I fully expected the visit to go the way it did... I was feeling great. But I never expected them to send me a bill for doing nothing.

I have been coming here for many years, but not for me. I've always taken my daughter here for…read moreinjuries playing high-level soccer, club and college. Now that her career in soccer is over she's graduating college, I find myself coming here. Receptionist has always been nice. The physical therapist my daughter used to see has moved on. My physical therapist, Michael Curtin seems to be good. He is matter of fact, which is great cause I don't like idle chitchat or beating around the bush. So far so good I have multiple sessions yet to come.
