They would not suture my young family member for this reason. My sister is an RN in another state with ER and urgent care experience. Her reply was WHO DOESN'T USE LIDOCAINE? They would not suture my young family member because they don't offer lidocaine. I was not upset. We never were taken to a treatment room, but I was SO RELIEVED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE because this waiting area is rundown and FILTHY.
