The technician nicked me pretty bad while rushing through the cuticle cut. She didn't take special care after causing me to bleed, and I kept bleeding till the end of the service. Not great. My gel pedicure looks pretty cool, though could have been a bit more accurate. HOWEVER, I have to give credit to the other staff here who did an excellent job. My cousin's technician for her pedicure did an excellent job and helped brighten the mood for the entire process. Additionally, when my cousin got a manicure, her technician was amazing! He put such careful detail into perfecting her nails and asked for feedback. The atmosphere in here is bright and feels luxurious. While I didn't have the best time during my service, I'd be willing to try again based on the experience I had with the other technicians.

To set the tone for the story in rainbow nails when you get a massage, the massage chair is right up against the wall in front of everyone who's getting pedicures most massage places will take you in a room and shut the door for privacy ..The worker who was massaging my daughter, did not ask my daughter if she could lift up her shirt and proceeded to lift up my daughters whole shirt to wear her bra and stomach was out. My daughter was uncomfortable, but was too embarrassed to tell her that she was uncomfortable . At this point all the workers proceeded to talk in another language and laugh at my daughter for almost the whole half an hour. I have never been more upset with a nail place and rainbow nails should be shut down The one worker proceeded to splash the other worker and hit my daughter with water And she couldn't see who actually did it because her face was in the massage chair. My poor daughter was so humiliated and was treated horribly!!! . I did go right back to tell the workers and the manager, but the manager,had stepped out . I called the the next which is March 18, 2026 and told the manager Cindy, what had happened and what her workers did and asked to be reimbursed and if her and I could look at the cameras from yesterday. She said she's calling the police on me. ! for anyone in the future, they are not nice and what they did to my daughter is humiliating and downright horrible as a business!!!. I would boycott rainbow nails. No one should go there they should be put out of business and this is not my first incident with them!

Clara did a great job on my pedicure initially, but as I was sitting leisurely drying my nails, the woman in the first seat near the door (presumably the owner or co-owner) came over and rushed to put oil and saran wrap on my toes so that I could put my sneakers on and leave. Typically, I'd wear flip flops except it's pouring rain today. Granted, she didn't know I had gotten three coats of polish, but there was also no need to rush me along. Needless to say, I got all the way home and my toenails were smudged when I took the saran wrap off. I came back to the salon and I was accommodated. Clara repolished a few of my toes and put a fresh topcoat on all of them, but they weren't as neat as when they were first polished - Clara had another customer coming, so she rushed. No more saran wrap for me. I'll take the time I need for my toenails to dry.
