On June 11th 2025, "Nancy" did my nails. After she was ready to polish, she randomly jammed something in my toe bed on the side. It was a bit uncomfortable but not a sharp pain. I thought it was extremely odd. Something similar happened when my friend and I went to a new place for the first time. The technicians were rude talking nonstop to one another and over the phone while doing our toes. Then she jabbed something in the bed of my foot and it did cause permanent damage causing my big toes toe bed to recede. It was done maliciously and I've had to make sure I took extra care for the last 15 years. So when this happened mI knew immediately it was done on purpose. My toe has been in pain daily for almost a month and there no longer is a nail bed, I'm not sure if my nail will ever grow back and if it will just fall off and be bare and exposed for the rest of my life. STAY AWAY if you don't want to be maimed! Someone could loose their toe, foot or leg if they have diabetes. Idk, I could possibly loose my toe yet, you never know. read more

I took my sister for her first time to get a set of Tips and acrylic nails. The woman kept hitting her with her nail file. Told her you want ugly nails. I paid for her nails and gave that useless woman a good tip unfortunately. My sister's nails lasted a week and a half! Don't go there in the Walmart store. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only was the customer service horrendous, but the nails came out even worse. My family and I went in for a girls day and we all left unhappy. They were rude from the start and treated us as if we were an inconvenience and they were mad there was so many of us (5 women). First my mother in law was rushed through her drying process as if she was in the way. She asked for a pedicure, had to wait about 30 mins before anyone even touched her feet. Once they finished painting her nails they sent her over to the dryer and didn't even allow her enough time for her nails to dry before they rushed her out of the seat. Mind you no one was in line for the dryer, they were simply being rude. When it came to my nails I showed them a simple inspo Pic, and they made it seem like they would be able to do it. The inspo pic was a simple French tip with a heart, I was okay without the heart I just requested to have an H put on the ring finger, sounded easy enough for me. The person that did my nails was a man named Anthony. As he began doing doing my nails I immediately noticed that it was incorrect. Rather than painting on the French tip like I wanted and the inspo Pic clearly showed, he used acrylic and did a horrible job. He applied way more acrylic than needed, didn't keep the white separate from the nail bed color. I showed multiple different initial options and I still ended up with a messed up # instead of an H. I was also cut multiple times and he left acrylic all over my fingers. The service was absolutely terrible and I cannot express that enough. On top of all that, they were very sneaky about their prices. Halfway through our service when we all started asking our totals, they did not match up with the price menu on the wall. They then proceeded to have a woman go to the back and get a different paper with higher prices. That is the absolute most unprofessional business around. One star and that's generous! Some folks will say, hey, you went to Walmart what do you expect. Fact, normally (in Tulsa) they are dependably good. Not in Del City. Ok, the lady that attended to me was very interested in her phone. She was on FaceTime with someone, but here if it's an emergency....of course I have a feeling it wasn't. One star is for several reasons, but I'll use a nice adjective instead of the one I'm thinking. INCOMPETENT-she should not be working there and to think I actually tipped her. Ok, the polish looks like my 5 yo niece did this. I wear glasses and next time I'll have them on, but I'm not stupid enough for a next time. She didn't file the nail, it looks like it was hacked. Oh, and notice how she cut my nails downward instead of across, I just hope it doesn't cause problems later. This will have to be the saddest visit. I went in for a mani-pedi and was pretty felt like no one wanted me there, and is it weird for a guy to be here! I like to take care of myself. I waited for 40 mins until someone finally comes to help me, and the pedicure got done and was told I had ingrown toenails in both my feet and hands. Hence, the attendant told me that they needed to pull them out, and I said that's fine, didn't know that later on in the day, they would be infected and swollen and also hurt for days to where I couldn't do anything for days!!! This was the worst experience and will not go back there ever again. If you're on a budget, save a little more and go somewhere else that will actually do the right job. read more

I have never had a problem but on Mother's Day I went to get my feet and nails done. Ended up spending $85 and my nails are just horrible. I'm so disappointed I always get gel nail cause the paint last longer well it's been 5 days and it's starting to peel off. I will never be coming back after this. They always do a great job except they have hired a few new techs recently and both have done a TERRIBLE job on my nails. One kept complaining that I asked for white with glitter and kept saying she didn't like glitter. Now they look bad and it's frustrating because I don't have time to go in and get them fixed. They are uneven and lifting after 2 days when I can usually go 3 weeks before they get icky. I will keep going back but just hope I don't get her again. Grrrr otherwise, they are sooo good at nails!! Update. I have decided to stop going here after today. Last two times I've gone my nails have looked terrible. I started doing dip nails instead and they have yet to come out right since I changed. I went here for the fact my regular nail place was having issues with their credit card machine and they would be closing and I didn't want to rush. Got a pedicure done; waited in the chair with no attendant for well over 20 mins. No water just sitting in the chair, I got the basic and opted for the $5 foot massage. The man doing my pedicure was awkward, didn't make any conversation except to ask me what pedicure I wanted. Burnt my foot with the hot wax and did very little massaging of my feet. On the plus side I was given a complimentary room temp water. My pedicure experience was shorter than my wait time. read more

I needed a face wax today, which is Sunday. That means you're limited when you live in OK and most salons are closed on a Sunday. I ran to Walmart for a few items and decided to stop by the salon to see if waxing services were offered. Yep. Upper lip, chin, and brows for $20. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and she did a great job. This place is cheaper than my regular shop, which is closed on Sundays. Worst manicure I've probably ever got. Very very unhappy. He filed my nails uneven and the dip doesn't cover all my nail.

This was my first time coming here so I was a walk in. Kelley worked on my toes and she did a horrendous job! First, she practically boiled my feet in the tub to the point where I had a distinguished line of normal colored skin and where my ankles and below got burned. She skipped right over the massage on the feet and legs with just a few strokes on each foot and then begun to paint my toes without trimming my cuticles or filing down my nails. She had to re-paint my nails twice because she left streaks and completely missed parts of my nail- it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails with how much polish she managed to get all over my skin. On the second paint job she hurried right through the process and managed to squeeze in the comment, "you only get your nails redone once- no more than once." I wound up talking to the owner and let him know that I was extremely unhappy and was not going to pay for this kind of service- $25 for a regular pedicure is already a high price let alone having to pay that kind of money for the job- or lack there of- that she performed. He set me up with Kim who was very friendly and was able to paint my nails correctly for a THIRD time. However, all the while Kim was working with me, Kelley, was leering over making under handed comments about me and how "difficult" I was. I was in town for a conference with my hubby and thought I'd try them for solar nails. I'd recently taken the old ones off and was ready for a new set. I was very hesitant, as I've never had good luck in a shop inside Walmart. But I am glad I did. Kevin took great care of me, with a new set of solar, with gel polish. Over I month later, other than them glowing out, they still look as good as the day he put them on. I have never been able to go more than2 weeks with any other salon. Now I'm contemplating the 2 hour drive back, instead of the usual place here locally. Try them and ask for Kevin, you won't be disappointed read more
