Each time I've been over here I am super happy with my nails and how nice everyone is! The place is clean and modern, and everyone is so friendly. I love that you have the ability to request a certain tech when you check in on the iPad. Ava did my nails tonight and I will absolutely be requesting her again! She listened to my requests, was definitely a perfectionist (in a good way!), and gave me perfect nails. I also thought the prices were reasonable; I was able to tip a pretty good percentage and still not exceed my budget.

I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, and not a single employee acknowledged my presence or attempted to assist me. However, they did all see me walk through the door. .Shortly after, two Caucasian women entered the salon and were immediately greeted. A man even came out from the back, walked directly past me without saying a word, and went straight to help them--even though I was standing in front of them and they arrived 10 minutes after I did. Please note, I am a Black American. At that point, I calmly asked him why I was being ignored as if I were invisible. He had no explanation. The way I was treated was deeply disrespectful and felt like racial discrimination. No customer should be made to feel overlooked or less important. Based on this experience, I will not be supporting this establishment and I will not recommend to others. I will also be contacting the BBB to share my experience.

The nails turned out good for the most part, and the designs were really pretty. William did a great job with the SNS French, including heart and flower designs. The atmosphere could have been more relaxing. A phone rang pretty loudly at one point, and the conversations among staff were a bit loud, which made it harder to unwind. En Vogue Nails & Day Spa - North Point Mall, Atlanta…read more En Vogue Nails & Day Spa is the newest addition to Amy's series of successful, well-managed nail salons around the Atlanta area. I had the pleasure of bringing my family here on their grand opening day for pedicure and manicure services -- and they truly impressed us. The space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. From the bright white interior with marble-style flooring, to the modern chandeliers, recessed lighting, and soft grey walls accented with darker 3D wave panels -- the whole salon feels fresh, modern, and relaxing. The pedicure chairs are top-of-the-line with massage features and all the latest functionality to ensure both comfort and cleanliness, giving it a true spa feel. Service-wise, Amy's years of experience running other locations really shows. Even though this is a new salon, the professionalism, attention to detail, and high standards match the reputation of her sister locations. My family and I were genuinely thrilled with the results and the overall experience. Conveniently located in North Point Mall, with entrances accessible from both inside the mall and the outside parking lot, it's easy to stop in whether you're shopping or just looking for some quality self-care. In conclusion: Congratulations to Amy and her team for another successful expansion. It's exciting to see her continue to bring excellent service and beautiful salons to the Atlanta community. Highly recommended!

She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.

For clarity, when I went blonde in 2020 before Covid it was Jackie @ Mcrae & Co on Marketplace that took me to my first step. Unfortunately she's a bit of a ...jerk, and I never felt comfortable in her chair so I decided to do my research and find another salon after about a year. Arden seemed like a logical choice being a mile down the road, and word-of-mouth was excellent so I pulled the trigger and made the call that changed my hair journey forever. Tracy is the owner at Arden. Heather and Crystal are the other amazing stylists with chairs in the salon. ALL of these women are incredibly-friendly and happen to know what they're doing. I've never once seen the salon empty unless I was the last person leaving from an appointment. It's a comfortable, feminine space, clean, inviting and the cutest selection of eye-catching local jewelry and garments as well as hair products. It's a space you WANT to get your hair done in...trust me. Cut and color prices are extremely reasonable. I'm a bottle blonde with a "bixie" that needs maintenance on the regular, and rather than pay a small house mortgage each time, I'm pleasantly surprised by the price after every visit. No sticker shock here. Tracy keeps notes on my color so I never have to worry about what was done "last time". She's also a doll, so it makes being in her chair that much more fun. I can't imagine anybody else, except maybe Heather or Crystal, doing my hair at this point. If you're looking for some beautiful color work or just a new do, this is where you want to come. Arden hasn't once disappointed me, and I doubt they ever will.

I had never been here before and found that making an appointment was easy and the person I spoke to on the phone seemed nice. When I arrived for my appointment, I found they had ample parking and there was plenty of open spots. When I walked in, I could tell they were busy and I was greeted by a lady - (didn't get her name ) who was obviously in a hurry to the point of being short and rude ...that immediately left a bad taste in my mouth. My stylist came up to greet me a few minutes later and she also seemed to be in a hurry. She did ask me a few questions about the style and or color I wanted. She was not very talkative and was in a rush . Not sure if everyone was just having a bad day there or what. The color turned out very harsh looking compared to what I am used to - I don't think she used a toner afterwards. The cut looked good however...so I did leave a tip - but regret doing so. I won't be back. I'm sure this is probably a great place when the staff is not rushed and/or rude- based on my experience, this place was not for me.
