The team of locksmiths here at Ace worked together to attempt to get it out the ignition, with no success. Then, after I took out the ignition myself, they worked on it right then and there to remove the key and created two new keys. They are very transparent and emphasize customer care. In addition, she provides excellent customer service. Recently, I went to a local Home Depot to get two copies of keys. The only reason I went was the convenient location. When I came home to try them out, both keys were incorrectly cut. Brought them back for a refund. Of course, I headed right out to Bob Fraser's to get copies. (Which I should've done in the first place.) When I came home, the keys fit correctly. The 2 keys came to $6.40. (The 2 keys at Home Depot were over $8.00). Parking is available on the street along with a small municipal lot in back of the locksmith area.
