I locked my keys in my car but fortunately I was in my own driveway so I just went into my house to get the share set. As I left my house, I swung the front door closed and immediately noticed I did not have the spare car keys but rather I was in possession on my lawn mower keys. This particular key chain did not have the house key on it so now I was locked out of both my home and car. I did recall that I had left a spare key at my neighbor Kelley's house but she was not talking to me because she thought I was making advancements towards her friend Jenna, which I'm not. I spoke with Ivan about fixing our stuck screen door lock. It was stuck in the locked position - and he offered to come today and help. But he carefully explained to me what he may need to do, which could damage the screen door (but he would try not to!) and how much it would cost. He then suggested before they come out I should try unlocking it using pliers or a vise grip. Tried that and it worked! I appreciate the information that he gave me and the suggestion of things to try first before hiring them and potentially damaging the door. Great service! read more

Lifesavers. I lost the key fob to my 2015 Subaru Impreza. Perry one of the owners provided me with an appointment. Since I am a AAA Premium member and have lock out coverage most of the key (over half) was covered by AAA. Advanced is a approved AAA place. Im sure all the reviews on here are either relatives or paid reviewers. Called these guys to fix a lock but was able to fix before they got to my home. When they did arrive they still charged me $85 service fee AND another $45 labor fee even though they did NOTHING but show up...then refused to lower the cost! Love this place. Ordered another set of keys for my son's car (he lost one set and only had one original), they were able to order the key-fob and had it all reprogrammed very quickly. Going to be back soon to have additional keys cut and reprogrammed. It's a little bit of a distance from where we live but well worth the travel.
