It became a fond hallmark of our active time outside: Chuck Olson Chevrolet announcements on the lot wafting over to class time. At that time, when I was in high school, our family had no Chevrolets. Fast forward a little over a decade to present and my dad owns a Chevrolet. My most recent visit was dropping my Dad off and picking him up when he brought his car in for some routine work and a specific problem. Work on the car was fast and efficient and finished the same day. There was a large strip of customer parking which was nice for when we dropped my dad off in the morning. He drove his car and took it to drop it off for service and I found the stretch of customer parking and parked and waited there while he got his car checked in. When we went back to pick up his car in the afternoon it was parked in the customer parking area which made it very easy to find. Not all dealerships/service centers designate the customer parking clearly and I appreciated it being clearly visible painted on the ground by the designated parking spaces.

I ended up having to change my strut assembly on both driver and passenger side, had an alignment, changed new brakes, oil coolant, my power steering racket that was cracked and leaking, had my radiator steam-cleaned, power steering and coolant flushed with all new OEM parts with warranty plus over 10 hours of labor for $2000! It was the most amazing deal I ever had. I am very thankful to have found this shop because I went to other shops and they wanted to charge me $3000 and that's without my brake change. They really saved my life because I did not have enough money to repair my vehicle had I not ran into them. The owner Michael is a serious community man and he will do anything in his power to help you out. For example, he took a bit more time fixing my car so he actually lend a car out for me for free for a whole day so I don't have to waste Uber money getting around. I mean, how do you bear that? I will be recommending friends to this shop endlessly because their service is beyond impeccable.

So after buying a new cartridge this week that had no standard tip, i called the store back and was told by the staff that sold it to me that it was a brand new product and to bring it back with receipt and packaging for an exchange. I went back the next day and was told by the staff that this was a newer type of cartridge that was open at the top and came with a rubber cap (gasworks). I wasn't comfortable with it, and being I hadn't used it and had driven back to their store, I would expect to be afforded an exchange for a cartridge I was familiar with. I explained since the staff who sold it to me didn't know about the difference, I wasn't able to use it at the party I bought it for because I was under the assumption it was possibly dangerous. Long story short, the three staff wanted to get into a "we are right/you're wrong" argument and had me wait for the manager telling me they would not switch it out. When the manager arrived, she also wanted to continue to tell me how they were right and I was wrong. She wasn't interested in making it right, total attitude and no accountability for selling a different product and not informing the customer. She didn't care that I was upset for the inconvenience, just how it would affect her store (she said she would have to return it to the vendor....duh that's your job...) She told me to take my business to another store. Maybe it's because it's New Years and they are unhappy to be working, but I won't ever shop their again. He waved it off and brought the keys for a test drive. During the drive, a warning came up that a camera was inoperable. We mentioned it upon returning and it was waved off as nothing. I asked about camera locations on the car and he was clueless. Then we tried to open the trunk with the key fob, then tried to open with the release in the car. It opened a crack and we pushed it up with a lot of effort. It was supposed to be an electronic release. The vehicle obviously was in an accident, Infiniti bought it, didn't make repairs and tried to sell it. Then they gave us sales numbers with no discount for needed repairs and add on numbers for who knows what and an awful interest rate. My advice is to research your car before coming here because the sales staff is clueless.
