The air filters looked like they had never been changed out, a large rats nest was behind the cabin filter. the oil needed changing, the rear brakes need replacing, the interior was filthy aside from what looked like a surface wipe-down and to top it all off, we discovered that it needs the transmission replaced to the tune of $8000! We assumed as a dealership and not just a private seller, they would look over their cars to ensure they are in sellable condition. Then, I was told I would receive a $7000 bill because my motor had to be put back together before It could leave. Another lie i told them to stop working on my truck and push it outside. It still cost me $2200 for a couple hours of work what they did not document the hours on my bill.. Terrible experience so bad I went and bought GMC . I will never visit brickfird again and my service advisor never returned any of my phone calls left 3 messages on Friday, trying to figure out what to do with my truck and when I could pick it up, I've never received a phone call back, finally drove down there and paid them.
