The project was delivered on time and exactly as we had discussed with them. Where we were most impressed though was in the level of customer service they provided. After removing the insulation in our basement, we found a few surprises that were covered up by the old insulation. Founders was extremely accommodating as we worked with other contractors to get those issues (unexpected and unrelated to insulation) squared away. I realize having the other contractors come in was probably pretty disruptive to their workflow, and Brian and his team said he understood our situation and did everything he could to help us out. I will certainly reach out to them again with our next insulation project.

Once we agreed on a start date, they were really lenient with scheduling. They worked around us getting our HVAC and duct work completed, even with delays they were able to switch the schedule around. Other than that, the contractors that came out knew exactly what we wanted done, there was no miscommunication, we didn't need to repeat ourselves and they gave us regular updates to ensure everything was completed correctly. What we got done: Insulation removal / filled in all the gaps, built a barrier around our HVAC / built a cat walk, and blew in new insulation.

We had the provide insulation in the attic of our house and were told afterwards that they would follow up with us to make sure the other rooms in the house were taken care of. Once they completed the larger more expensive project in the attic they stopped answering my calls, texts, and emails. They had someone come over to the house to check the other rooms had them pull up our floor boards to take a look then never followed up to actually provide the service. I have called both my point of contact and the office multiple times with no response. As a result I am having to go with another company to have the rest of our work done which is extremely unfortunate. I really dont post reviews that often but I just wanted to relay my experience as I use yelp for a lot of my home service projects and rely on honest feedback not just artificially generated positive reviews.
