The crew that did the removal and installation were also punctual, friendly and took good care of my property. Despite working long hours in 100 plus degree conditions. The only reason I dropped a star was because after the dust settled and we were able to access the attic we noted a few things that bothered us. Most of these issues could have been easily addressed if the installation crew had been more communicative with us throughout the process. Instead we had to deal with these issues afterwards which was rather frustrating and took several weeks to resolve and required us to call in other contractors. After supplying Hal the items needed he finished and gave me an estimate. Afterwards I had several questions and tried to reach Pride Insulation. I left several voice mail and email messages. No response. Finally, I left a deserved review on Yelp and quickly received a call from Hal (Pride Insulation). Hal said that this review would hurt their business and asked if there was anything he could do to help the situation. I explained that I had called and sent email and had no response. And if this is how they treat a potential customer image what kind of response you would get if there were problems once the job was finished. Hal agreed to work and correct the problems. We agreed for him to do the work on Monday February 27, 2017. I paid him 50% after he argued that he usually gets 100% of the money up front! Hal then said he would call me the next day to set up the insulation install. So I waited all day Tuesday. All day Wednesday. All day Thursday. No call.
