I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Larry professionally and immediately facilitated ALL of the behind the scenes maneuvering to get power restored in the same week. I know this was a record timewise, and while it might not be repeatable every time for issues outside their control- Larry took it upon himself to do all that was possible to align the utilities and the city, to make it the shortest possible duration. AND Carlos and his team went so far above and beyond to fix all the issues and restore power correctly. He met with pool technician, solar technician and all worked together to make sure all the systems would be working as needed! They are a top notch operation all around and would highly recommend. The lady on the phone was so professional, seemed to care, was very transparent about pricing, timing, and what to expect. I waited two days for my appointment and Mike arrived. He was so thorough and showed us pricing for various things they recommended vs. fixing the bare minimum. I liked the thorough break down. While he was here I had him look at a loose outlet I'd had issues with since I had bought my home. I had another electrician come out and look at it before and he is the one that left it loose. The prior electrician couldn't figure out why the bottom socket didn't work. Mike looked it over for maybe five seconds max and knew what caused the issue instantly. He replaced the whole socket and he explained step by step as he installed the new one, because I was curious about it. I was really happy with the service and will be using them going forward.

Called Mendoza Electric to investigate why our automatic awnings failed to retract & the team…read morequickly found an outdoor covered gfi outlet that needed to be reset that we never knew existed after living here for 9 years. We had Caesar & his team give us a bid to replace over 30 canned overhead flood lights with newer LED covers because every time we went to replace the floodlight bulbs that burned out it required us to get on a ladder to get to the top of our 15 foot ceilings to do this work. The old floodlight bulbs were almost 20 years old & would break apart at the base & we would have to use a potato or carrot to twist it out to replace the bulb. So glad to get the work done, because we won't have to use that ladder or a long handled light bulb changer arm again. These lights won't burn out for a long time. Caesar, John, & the rest of his workers responded immediately, completed the job quickly, & cleaned up the mess left behind in each room by vacuuming & sweeping. Very professional & friendly. We will be sure to use them again when we replace the fixtures & install lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. Lucky to have Mendoza Electric in the Coachella Valley.
