Overall this seems to be a very reliable company & I would definitely recommend them!

I called multiple plumbers since I had a new fridge in my garage and an old one still connected in my kitchen. Palm Springs Plumbing answered right away and was able to come out the next day to replace the valve. Other plumbers seemed uninterested in my problem. The plumber who came out was efficient, cleaned up the area, and took care of business. The repair cost was very reasonable. I know because I am a bit (small bit) older than that, and was born in our valley. I believe that supporting businesses that we know have huge roots in our communities is a worthy thing. At the same time, slapping the backs of acquaintances for no other reason than that serves no consumer. We must be truth tellers as we weigh in. Palm Springs Plumbing is hand's down the most competent plumbing service that Palm Springs' locals might employ for our plumbing challenges. And respectful and easy to deal with. I am a DIY kind of guy, but mostly aspirationally. I need real experts to get the job done. PALM SPRINGS PLUMBING has my vote - the worker bees and the management are all excellent, and the product prices are fair and even humble. You are safe with PS Plumbing! TWA

He is also good at breaking each of those promises. For the scheduled appointment (for which he was a no-show and only after I called him to inquire, did he tell me he would be approximately two-hours late). After the extended wait, two of his employees finally arrived. After some time, one of the two employees took their vehicle and abandoned the other one leaving him stranded at my property without his supplies or telephone. After the employee finished, I called Bill to inform him of the situation. Since I had to leave, he requested that I provide him my credit card information over the phone, and he would email me an immediate paid invoice including the scope of the project. Not a big ask, so I paid in full. Easy right? Nope. I still have no invoice and all I have are his empty promises and LIES. I have subsequently spoken to him on three separate occasions and each time he told me he would email the invoice. To date, nothing. I have also sent him numerous texts, all of which he ignored Unfortunately, this simple request has now cost him this one-star review as well as a complaint with the California State License Board and Better Business Bureau.
