After several attempts to resolve my issues, with no resolution, I became angry and frustrated. Apparently, I wasn't connecting the right person to get help my issues resolved. As a result, I wrote a review that was somewhat scathing. Since then, I was finally connected to one of the owners. He assured me that he would meet me halfway in any repairs that needed to be completed to make my motor home whole. Jim kept his word and sure enough helped me to make necessary repairs to the motorhome. I really appreciate what Jim has done for me and I have to say that upon thinking about it, it is only right and in all fairness to Buckeye that I amend my review. I think had I gotten to Jim in the first place, I probably wouldn't have had any issues, but since it took me so much time to get to him, I had gotten discouraged and somewhat disgruntled. Therefore, out of haste, came my review. As you can read, I have discovered that Buckeye truly does stand by the products they sale. I felt it only right to not only amend my review but to also personally thank Buckeye. Once I got to the right person to assist, all of my issues were resolved, and in a timely manner, within days. Once again, I want to thank Jim, Lori and Stacy for helping me to resolve the issues I had had and to see the error of my ways in that I was frustrated and made some hasty decisions. I can honestly say that this was a great learning experience for me and I hope, a great purchasing experience for everyone involved. Once again, thank you all at Buckeye RV for standing behind me when you didn't necessarily have to. Kudos, Hubert Henderson

I tried to…read moretell him what we were looking for and he walked us outside and said look in these three rows. I have an appointment in 5 minutes. I had specific details I was looking for and it was a waste of my time to go through all of them. He never came to check on us, we did find one we were interested in getting more information about. We went back in the show room no one to talk to a guy in a glass room waved, that was it. Their customer service lacks, this one will be crossed off the list. Word of advice check other dealerships even if it is a little bit of a drive!

    Frustrating and Dishonest Sales Experience…read more I recently tried to work with Forest River of Dayton / Camping World of Piqua regarding a 2024 Jayco unit, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I was told pricing for the "Used RV Fest" would be released that weekend and that the sale price would be lower than what was online. I followed up multiple times--each time being told to "check tomorrow," then later that pricing wouldn't be available until Thursday, contradicting everything they had previously stated. Instead of providing a simple, straightforward price as promised, I was passed between messages, told a manager would call (which I never requested), and still received no clear answer. Every response felt like a deflection or stall tactic. I even referenced their own messages where they said the event pricing would be out that weekend--no accountability, just excuses. After several polite attempts to clarify, I finally had to ask to be removed from their marketing list. Only after I said I'd leave a review did someone suddenly offer "$1,000 off." By that point, the trust was gone. This kind of bait-and-delay approach gives the entire dealership a bad name. I've worked in sales and management for years--honesty and follow-through matter. If you value your time and integrity, I suggest you look elsewhere for your RV purchase.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. They ARE very pet friendly, (we have two cats and a dog) you just have to clean up after your pets and keep them on a leash. The bathrooms are clean and air-conditioned. The grounds are very well maintained and they have pump out service for a small fee (if you get a site that doesn't have septic) and RV service and repair. They installed our new air conditioner and did a fantastic job. They also have fun events here. We will be staying here every time we come to Ohio. Don't be fooled by a poor review. This park is awesome. You should definitely check it out.

We are adults here and know that a new camper does not get damaged all by itself! We trusted you to do a job professionally and you failed miserably. Yes we are the Bauser's that had the new warranty fridge work done at your so called place of business. Did I say NEW WARRANTY WORK??? Meaning new camper!!! Us as adults are telling you that your service people messes up our camper inside wall from the fridge installation and must I remind you we are the customer! And you call us and tell us your people done nothing and there is nothing you can do about it??? Us being the customer and knowing we have a new product with no problems with our camper when we let you have it to work on it an now we have damaged walls done by your people. Do you understand this now or do I need to say it again? Now I do know personally some others that have had their campers also messed up by your place of business. Does this sound like a rerun to you also hearing if from others who trusted you??? That means that your track record is not real good on messing up campers at your business. I can also send a copy of email to corp Coachman and let them know what kind of business you are running here along with one to the BBB plus plaster a copy on facebook and Yelp. If you don't see us as honest customers of yours I promise you the next person you will hear from will be from the BBB and Coachman. This is a real shame to have to go this way to try and get through to you. I'm also sending a copy of this to some emails of mine so to make forwarding easy to all concerned party's in this.     We were headed home to Michigan on 6/24/22, from a week long vacation in Tennessee. Our alternator…read moreburned out 3/4 of a mile from the next exit, and we made it to the BP station on the corner. I thought I lost a belt, but it turned out to be the alternator. I happened to look between buildings and saw O'Reilly's from where we were standing. I needed a wrench to get the alternator off, so we walked down to O'Reilly's and talked to Bailey, the assistant manager. He figured out the size wrench I needed, I bought the wrench and went and took off the alternator and went back to the store. They didn't have the alternator I needed, so he sent William to another store to get what I needed. He even let me barrow a jump starter kit, and William gave us a ride back to our car with the new alternator. I was able to swap the alternator, jump start the car, and bring back the jumper kit and be on our way. The whole thing took us 80 minutes from the time I rolled into the BP station, to the time we returned the jump starter and walked out of O'Reilly's to be on our way home. Hats off to Bailey and William for their help. They went above and beyond their call of duty. They were very nice and helpful in what could have been a very stressful situation. Nothing could have worked out better for us, and it was all because of them. Bailey could have said " nope, I won't have one until tomorrow!", but instead, he made it happen, and saved us a lot of time and money. We need more people in this world like them!
