When I pulled up I had a hard time finding anywhere to park because the lot was so crowded, but it was no big deal at first. I went in and told a man about the appointment I had made (2 days in advance mind you) and he told me with an attitude that it would be at least a few hours because they had no room in the garage. I said okay, thinking I really didn't have time because of work but whatever (hence making an appointment). Now I usually am pretty understanding but this is where it got ridiculous. The woman behind me in line (she also parked directly behind my car so I know I was there first) went to the desk and said she needed an oil change and something else done, no appointment. They took her keys no issue and one of the mechanics drove her car around. I was dumbfounded. Now maybe she was dropping the car off, but it didn't seem like it. It all felt incredibly wrong to me that she was taken care of no issue and I was met with a stupid look for questioning why I couldn't get in at my scheduled time. Beyond all of that, it took me about 10 minutes to leave because of cars parked behind me and having to slowly maneuver around a disorganized mess of cars. If you want friendly, organized service that sticks to their word, I would go somewhere else.

When I went to pick the vehicle up, I asked how much my bill was. I was told it was zero. This was a situation they could have taken advantage of, but they didn't. Whenever my car does (legitimately) need service, this will be the place I take it. I am more than confident in their integrity and, while I had no services performed, I am equally confident that anything they do will be done correctly.

Shop also broke the Horn, horn is now not functioning. For the AC, shop claims bolts were stripped but did not willingly supply proof. Shop provided no explanation for the Horn. Shop has a BBB complaint history of overcharging other customers due to 'Stripped Bolt' issues. I have witness statements of the AC system and Horn working immediately before being taken to the shop. I now have a car that has more things wrong with it than it was taken in with, and shop is refusing to make me whole.

I'm an ASE-certified mechanic myself, so I wanted to see exactly what they found and fix anything that was actually wrong. I asked the woman at the front desk if she could show us where the leaks were politely. Her attitude was noticeably short from the start. She came out and pointed at the lines generally, but when I asked her to show us the actual leak spots, she stepped back and a man came over and raised his voice at us VERY LOUD (My guess is that, because of her attitude, the woman at the front desk didn't explain the situation to him properly.) He appeared to be a manager or supervisor, someone above the mechanics. He said he wasn't going to argue with us and suggested we'd be leaving pretty quickly, he said something within the lines of "Your going to be hitting your brakes very quickly" in a very hostile way, Update: It turns out it was the owner Terry T. We weren't arguing or raising our voice. We were asking a reasonable question about an inspection. The mechanic who did the inspection came over and was genuinely helpful (He genuinely made us feel like we were not getting attacked). When we looked together, what he had marked as leaks was residue left over from a previous accident. Residue can be an indicator worth checking, but it doesn't confirm an active leak. The mechanic acknowledged they couldn't actually tell whether anything was leaking without hooking up testing equipment, which he said could take around three hours. That testing was never done, yet the buyer was still given a $1,500 quote to replace those parts. He did correctly note missing bolts on important part of the chassis. Quoting replacements for unverified leaks, then getting hostile when a customer asks to see the problem, is not how a trustworthy shop should operate. The mechanic had a far better attitude than the owner. Based on our experience, I'd encourage everyone to stay away from this shop. The owner showed no respect for his customers and, in my opinion, no ethics in how he does business." We were polite and simply asked to see the leaks so we could repair them before selling. No one asked anyone to lie. The frame damage from the accident was never hidden. It's plainly visible, and I pointed it out to the buyer myself. Your own mechanic walked us through the car and acknowledged that what was marked as leaks was residue from that accident, and that confirming an active leak would require testing that wasn't done. And for the record, the buyer did purchase the car after seeing everything for herself.
