Something made me call after an hour just to check, and the kid hadn't even put my request through after all we had discussed. I could not believe the disrespect I got when I found this out and got very upset. It was their fault but they didn't care one bit. In the end, after I was hung up on and called back, I got a nicer woman who talked me down and immediately sent Jason out to tow the car. So kudos to her and Jason. However, I didn't get any paperwork and need it for insurance purposes. It was a pretty terrible experience. P.S. I have never commented on Yelp before so you can see how disturbed I was by this.

This place is running a scam. Towed for a parking…read moreviolation. The sign was on the ground. Picked car up at a adress 16 mason st. Dayton ohio. The buliding was boarded up with no name. The lot connected to it was full of glass, trash, old tiolets, furniture etc. Called the police. Items were stolen out of car. Paid the tow. After getting home did some research & where this parking violation sign was. There do not own anything at downtown dayton anywhere & absolutley not where the car was parked. These photos & adress is all false. Made calls & research. They are running scams. Giving people extra stress in life & causeing finicial hardships on people.
