    If I could give it a negative rating I would. We bought a 2018 5th wheel in July and it took us until the end of September to get it after much calling and threatening. My husband retired, we rented our house and we had to leave and it was a mess trying to get our camper. Now in October we were in S Carolina. getting ready to leave and the bedroom slide came apart. The bed pulled completely away from the wall and the slide was hanging. The Camping World there sent some men to look at it and said it should have never gotten to that point. Huber replaced the carpet in the slide but did noting about the mold that was discovered around the carpet area and the rotten wall. The bed pulled completely away from the frame. s Carolina was great. We had to go to a hardware store and get 2x4's to hold it together so we could move t. We had to leave there. It got to the point that Huber wouldn't take our phone calls now they won't take the Corporate Camping World calls about our problem. I guess we will just have to get a lawyer. Here in Florida we are taking it to Ocala to see what can be done. The worst experience of our lives. We dealt with Connor at Huber Heights. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

    Buyers Beware. I purchased a Volante 25 RL July 2023 brand new from Camping World in Huber Heights, Ohio. One year later, taking over a $9,000 loss, I wholesaled the trailer back to Camping World since I refused to sell this travel trailer to another individual or family. I see that Camping World simply placed the trailer back on the site the same day for $40,999 to the general public which is more money than I paid for it brand new last year ....This is also sixteen thousand dollars more than what they paid to buy it back from me. Such a despicable company. Unfortunately this trailer was in the repair shop for more time than I ever was able to use it in the one year that I owned it. It has had the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink,theatre seating pull cables, awning, the slide cable, slide seals falling off, the slide carpet, the shower fan, crooked breakers, mislabeled fuse box, the stove, window blind pulls, etc...repair issues ... But the most concerning was a wobbly toilet. It was discovered that Keystone had cut too wide a hole in the floor under the toilet and therefore the toilet flange bolts had nothing to bite into. Keystone and Camping World played me as the monkey in the middle and refused to adequately repair. When I brought my travel trailer in for repair work July 2024, I was told by a service technician at Huber Heights Camping World that my roof had a hole and needed to be replaced for $8,000. Once Camping World figured out that a Camping World technician at a different location had dropped a tool while replacing the shower fan creating the hole in the roof membrane... Then I was told that the roof hole could just be patched. I've been directly lied to in my face by several service technicians. The GM offered to sell me a new camper at cost and I drove for 2 and 1/2 hours only to discover that was a lie too. I will never give Camping World another penny of my hard-earned money EVER! When I bought my travel trailer from Camping World I was told I had to pay $1,695 for a PDI (pre delivery inspection) walkthrough which obviously wasn't done with as many issues that the trailer has ... I was also charged $325 for a single battery and $899 extra for a hitch. So when I say buyers beware.... take heed. Do not waste your hard-earned money or be deceived by this unscrupulous company. I am a older person and this was my teacher retirement savings that I spent in order to enjoy the latter years of my life and instead it has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered. Trust no one at Camping World...And whatever you do...DO NOT buy stock number 2440684P... It has a hole in the roof membrane and too wide of a hole cut in the floor under the toilet. My pictures below are of the Camping World ad and my own picture of the trailer so you can see it is the same unit....BUYERS BEWARE Update: Thanks for another useless canned response....Marcus line has my name, phone number, address, everything they would need to reach out and contact me. If you're actually serious about this... then DO something about it. The trailer is on sale now $38,499 I wouldnt pick it up even if it was listed as free!

    We needed some ammo for a sporting afternoon that we planned and given the great ratings we stopped…read moreby. They were great! They knew about each firearm we had and gave us direction as to the right shells for what we were doing. They also had targets and clay pigeons that we bought. The gun, rifle, pistol and knife selection were huge. Oh, if you're looking for bow and arrow equipment or advice this is your place for that too. It gets a strong recommendation from me!

    My bow was in need of replacement, so I stopped in to purchase a high end primary and quality…read morebackup crossbow. I'd been using the same bow for years and really wasn't up to speed on what the different manufacturers were offering. Needless to say, I had some questions and wanted to try out a couple models to see how they felt and handled before dropping $3,000+. Hands down, this was the most unfriendly, uptight, and uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had in my life. I'd called two days prior to see when their range would be less busy and to ensure I could shoot some bows. No problem, is what I was told. I arrived as planned, a couple of shooters were sighting in on the archery range, no customers were in the bow shop, and a heavy set old guy and young man were working the archery counter. I perused the bows for 20 minutes listening to the old guy bitching about something and without being greeted, so I approach the counter where the old guy is sitting on a stool, clearly not wanting to get up or be bothered. I asked for some assistance with crossbows. The old guy pointed toward them, I walk over to them, and the young guy approached and admitted he knows little about them. I'm told they do not allow customers to try out bows (contrary to what they told me on the phone to get me into the store). I discussed what I was told on the phone and the young guy nervously approached the old guy and talked to him about it. You could tell the young guy was on eggshells dealing with the old guy. I asked a question about the specs of two Mission bows, and the old guy tossed a Mission brochure on the counter and told me the exact specs are in it. Reluctantly, the young guy takes me onto the range to test 3 bows, two costing over $2k and one costing $1k. I took a few shots with each and the old guy entered the range, rudely interjected (in front of the others on the range), and said, "Have you decided...we don't want these bows shot?" I was both shocked and embarrassed in front of the other customers for being treated like I was doing something wrong, the young man was obviously uncomfortable as well, and I had a loaded crossbow on the table. The young guy, watching the old guy walk away, cautiously told me to shoot it, made a comment about the old guy's crappy demeanor, then promptly put up the bow and went back behind the counter where I was Ignored and treated dismissively for another 10 minutes. I was told bows are like guns, they all do basically the same thing, just hold one and decide. I have thick skin, but this is absolutely not the way you should treat a customer. I'm not sure if it is because they thought I couldn't afford a bow, because of my skin color, or if they just treat everyone this bad, but I won't ever step foot in Olde English again. In addition to being treated poorly, most everything was overpriced in the store. I didn't mind paying more for the bows because I thought there was value in being able to test them and in getting info from their staff (BOY WAS I WRONG). So if you want poor service, pompous, dismissive, unfriendly staff, and high prices, visit their archery counter. I went elsewhere, bought the same bows for $350 ish less, and got a free arrow and broadhead package.
