In February, we decided it was time to open it, and half way through it wouldn't go any further. It wouldn't close or open any further. We called 41 Seven Off Road and were told by Jimmy to call the manufacturer. We called them and were on the phone for an hour and finally they sent us to an authorized dealer. Both the manufacturer and authorized dealer said the top was installed improperly. Manufacturer will not cover warranty and 41Seven Off-road says it's not their fault. And we are stuck with a top that doesn't work...and out $3000. Now you know why I gave them a one. 04/14/2025. Issue has been resolved.

Obviously Matt is a busy guy but his work ethic is outstanding and he is part of the rare breed of service providers these days who cares. He can multi task and i feel that his work is efficient. He test drove the car right away, and is now under the hood on another call with Red Bull drink waiting and diagnosing the issue and already has a suspect glow plug yanked out. He hasn't done any quoted work for me yet but he is getting 5 stars for who he is - energetic, caring, competent and for what he is doing at a brisk pace for me wo an appointment. He is hustling for me and it is appreciated. I have not seen this level of effort and service in a long time. If I lived here he would be my mechanic!

T & D gave the lowest estimate, by far: labor rates for the other auto places were above $124 per hour; T&D is a single mechanic operation and I had reliable work done at this location over a decade before.
