I brought my 2004 Kia Spectra here because I was sent here to have a rear wheel stud replaced after…read morea discount tire shop damaged them. Unfortunately, after the repair I immediately noticed a new repetitive squeaking/grinding noise from the wheel and aggressive vibration when braking at higher speeds. I contacted the shop about the issue and was initially told that it was likely a coincidence and that I would need to make another appointment. I later had the vehicle inspected independently and eventually disassembled the rear brakes for inspection and replacement of the pads and rotors. Once everything was apart, the problem became very clear. The two replacement wheel studs that had been installed were not the correct application/specification for my Kia's hub. Although the thread size worked, the studs were intended for a different vehicle and did not seat properly in the hub. Because they were not sitting flush, the brake rotor could not sit flat against the hub. The rotor visibly wobbled when rotated and was actually contacting/grinding against the brake hardware. One of the brake pads at the affected wheel was also completely worn down to the metal backing plate, while the pads on the opposite rear wheel still had substantial material remaining. I inspected the caliper slide pins during the brake job and they were moving freely. What concerns me most is that the rotor interference was noticeable simply by spinning the rotor by hand. The grinding was obvious, and the vehicle was returned to me without this being caught. The car also was not road-tested afterward, which likely would have revealed the noise and braking vibration. I understand that mistakes can happen during repairs, but I expected the correct application-specific wheel studs to be installed and the work to be checked before the vehicle was returned to me. I ended up having to have a third party diagnose the problem, obtain another inspection, and redo the rear brake work and stud work to fix the issue. I also want to add that during this process the mechanics at this auto shop disconnected my dash cam without my consent, not once was I informed that my camera was disconnected and did not find out until the next day, I'm not sure why the shop would touch my property without permission without obtaining approval first, another issue I had was a foul odor in my car when it was returned. Based on my experience, I would never return here for future repairs.

I took a…read morelook at the trailer repair back at our shop on 10-05-19 that Big Rig did. 1) Andy promised that the tire would be a virgin used tire.....WRONG, they installed a USED recap...... 2) The washers on the bolts to hold the mudflap on were barely bigger than the bolts. Rubber started tearing around the washers in 1 week. Charged us $580.00 for 1 used recap tire, 1 marker light, 1 mud flap and 300.00 for labor, we could have done all that in 1 hour for $105.00 What a RIP off joint.

We called 41 Seven Off Road and were told by Jimmy to call the manufacturer. We called them and were on the phone for an hour and finally they sent us to an authorized dealer. Both the manufacturer and authorized dealer said the top was installed improperly. Manufacturer will not cover warranty and 41Seven Off-road says it's not their fault. I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the…read morevehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. My "brakes" "traction control" & "ABS" lights were on! They told me it was not my ABS unit & told me $2,600 would fix the brakes & I thought "I'll keep the car" because that wasn't too much! Less than 12 hours after picking up the car all the lights were back as well as the grinding noise! They bled the brakes several times but again less than 24 hours the lights & grinding were back! Now they thought the ABS might be going bad??!! But they said the brakes were safe. After taking it back the 3rd time they said the accumulator was bad & it would be $3,500 to fix it! This was exactly the position I want ed to avoid! $6,100 and I shouldn't have kept the car! I was referred to the owner who I told this was exactly the "good money after bad" position I was trying to avoid! The extremely unprofessional owner hung up on me intentionally 3 times! I wasn't yelling (or screaming obscenities) like I wanted to but the owning said he wouldn't help at all & hung up on me! One of his other employees thought he would help too by the way! Maybe this place is good for oil changes or wider blade installations but anything more complicated than that you want to avoid wasting your time & money. My UNSAFE (verified by another better auto shop) Prius still has all the lights & the grinding noise it originally did! That supposed 36 month warranty didn't last even 36 hours!
