They took my car around back while I sat in their clean waiting room, I could either read a magazine or watch television. I chose my cell phone. There are 2 young ladies who work the front, I believe that everyone who works there is family. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. One of the young ladies came to the waiting room and told me my car was finished and that they were able to straighten my wheel. Unfortunately, I still have a vibration in the wheel, I took my car to Discount Tire where I get my tires from when needed, and had them balance the wheel/tire of the bent wheel. They said the wheel was the problem of the vibration, and it's still going to vibrate. They put the wheel on the back where I wouldn't feel the vibration as much. The manager there told me that it was very hard to straighten a wheel once it had been bent like mine was, so I'm going to get a new wheel. Hope you have better luck than I had.

I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.
