I don't recommend eating here with allergies. The nutritional guide and the printed menu are mismatched, where some things were marked with gluten on the printed menu but were not indicated as so on the website, or vice versa. Really confusing experience. I got the loaded barbacoa fries, and the fries just tasted... old? Stale? They weren't good fries. I also ordered a side of the elote cauliflower, and the sauce that came with these was good. But thats it, i only saw one ball of cotija cheese in the dish. A good portion of the machines were working but some were not like the connect 4 basketball. Other games we were confused on if the game's timer started or whose turn was it read more

Food is ok if you like typical Applebee's type entrees and service was not that great, but we had giftcards we had to use. Our waiter was not very attentive, but still tipped himself 20% (I didn't know we're supposed to tip on the power cards and tax too (see receipt) and this was mandatory because we had a party of 6. Pass on food here. It's ridiculously overpriced for the amount of food you get. Their "pizza" flatbread is the saddest thing I've ever seen and it was probably 4 bites. I've had okay food here though but again, not the main priority here. Don't pass on drinks as you can get really a good buzz going on limited time drink deals or the happy hours. It doesn't hurt that you can play the games and drink at the same time to keep the fun going. And the games are classic and fun. No issues there. I enjoyed their Godzilla VR shooter and the Mario Kart game (which is different from the ones you get on the Nintendo consoles). I had a good time here but eat dinner before heading over. 4 stars. read more

An arcade I will be returning to for fun and to let loose with a group of friends. Large crowds, cacophony of noise, and loud laughter. A place to yell with joy and let your inner child free. Ny review: Wow, that was embarrassing. I hosted my child's birthday party here early in the afternoon and it was extremely disappointing. Food was 40 minutes late. It's embarrassing when I tell people when the food is arriving and having people come to check on food and it not being there. I get pressured into signing a contract which I'm happy to pay but it should be both ways. I honestly do not care if it's busy or if it's a large order, you knowing that the part my is happening at that time and when food should be out should be honored. Food was supposed to be ready at 11:30, an hour and a half after opening which is something I don't think is too much to ask for. When I was asking about the food, I'm given an attitude by one of the mangers. I spend thousands of dollars on this party which is why I'm extremely embarrassed and annoyed when I could have just gone the street to big Al's. I was not asking for free things, an extending time in the room when there is clearly nothing else going, balls for the kids, all I wanted for was the food to be on time. Yall dropped the ball on this, but luckily big Al's will provide a better time than what I experienced today read more

We came here for lunch on Saturday August 3rd while in the area for Niner camp and back to school shopping. We had our normal player cards we've held onto for a while now, an and they can be used at any Dave N Busters I'm assuming. We have 3 total, 1 for each kid, 1 for The Wife & I. You can keep all cards on one login on the DnB app and load money onto the cards from there. The app allows you to name the cards, and keeps track of each cards points to play games & also keeps track of its tickets. Back to today. We stopped in to chill and let the kids play a few games. Bryant took good care of us, you could tell it was him and maybe 1 other server, he was friendly, outgoing, and worked hard. The food at DnBs can be hit or miss. Today it was pretty good, nacho plate with queso was good today. Most days this place can be a good hang. read more

Dave and Buster's recently completely revamped their food menu and offered a variety of new dishes and I had to give it a try. Although the service at D&B can be hit or miss, where we have at times waited upwards for 20 minutes to get a table and again to order even on a slow day, this particular time, our server, Ryan, provided exceptional service. The food and drink refills came out quickly and the new food items were surprisingly good! We tried the fried mozzerella sticks and a classic cheeseburger, and I have to say the quality of the food was surprising for a restaurant attached to an arcade. Pros: Good value for decent food if you happen to be in Great Mall and are looking for a place to sit and dine. Cons: Service can be hit or miss. Parking can be challenging to find on weekends. read more

This is the spot to go when you wanna hang out with friends and family. There are so many arcade games! The food is alright, kind of slow service for food. But I come here for the Happy Hour! $5 drinks! Can't beat that. The service is fast when it comes to drinks! Definitely go to the bar area for happy hours. Last night, they even card me for drinks which made me so happy! because I am way past 21 years old now. Anyhow, I have had a couple of birthdays here. One was at the regular long table. For my 30th birthday was inside one of their rented room. They have different packages but basically I got the one with drinks for guests and game cards. This place is always busy but fun. When I needed help w a game machine on this visit, Juan was able to help me and fix the machine. He has such a great attitude and is so friendly toward the customers (This guy needs a pay raise seriously). I also tried some of the food here which was a bit pricey but worth it. I purchased the Unlimited Play card last Friday, looking forward to bringing my 6 year old back to enjoy the arcade games, something we were both genuinely excited about. Today, we returned before watching Gabby's Dollhouse, a special outing I had promised her all week. To our surprise, we were told we'd need to pay an additional $10 per person due to a UFC fight being shown at the venue. We had absolutely no intention of watching the fight we were just there for the arcade and food. It's incredibly frustrating to be charged for something completely unrelated to our visit, especially after already buying a premium play card. There was no clear communication about this extra fee at the time of purchase. When I raised this concern, the manager, Steven Nguyen, claimed a poster had been up since last Friday. Honestly, even if I had seen it, I wouldn't have thought it applied to us since we weren't there for the fight. This policy feels unfair and poorly implemented. If you're going to host special events, it would make far more sense to separate them from the general experience for example, show the fight in a dedicated area and only charge those who are there for it. Families coming in for arcade games and food shouldn't be penalized. This experience has left me seriously reconsidering whether I'll return or recommend this place to others. A little more transparency and thoughtfulness would go a long way. After reading past reviews, it's clear we're not the first to encounter this issue. There was a similar complaint three months ago. Steven, as the manager, if multiple customers are voicing the same concern, it's time to speak up. Telling me "this is business" isn't a solution. If anything, this policy is likely losing you business especially from families who would spend far more on food, drinks, and games than the $10 entrance fee you're charging just to get in. I truly hope management reconsiders this approach. A more customer focused policy would make for a better experience and a stronger longterm business Note: The poster the manager, Steve Nguyen repeatedly pointed to does not clearly indicate that all guests would be required to pay an entry fee. It simply says "$10 Watch Like a Champ," which implies an optional fee for those watching the fight not a blanket cover charge for everyone walking in the door. read more

Came here on Wednesday with some friends for happy hour. We arrived at 6:45pm and happy hour is over at 7pm. Cutting it close we ordered drinks and entrees. I ordered the ribeye steak. I loved the seasoning on the asparagus, the mashed potatoes were yummy, and the ribeye was cooked perfectly (medium rare). The food was good but the games were just okay or broken. We encountered 5 different arcade games that were in need of maintenance. I also thought that their prize area didn't haven't anything interesting or cool. It was mostly little trinkets or toys. Overall, I still had fun because my friends were there and the food was decent. read more

DnBs is an easy spot to pick for a lunch or dinner date. I often describe it as the adult version of Chuck E Cheese. There are arcade games that anyone can play to earn tickets for a redemption of knick knack items to take home. Food is mediocre at best. Service is a hit or miss, but mostly a miss. I would suggest choosing this venue if you have a huge group with a lot of kids so adults can somewhat entertain themselves given there are two huge full bars with flat screens plastered all over the place. Otherwise, check out other local restaurants with way better food and service. As we all know, these corporate monsters are never focused on quality in delivery. read more

3.5 I ate here during Veteran's Day weekend. They had a cool deal for veterans going on- free entree and $10 game card. Service is always tough if you're eating in the arcade area. The bar is the same. If you want your food and drinks quicker and you want better service, dine in the restaurant and play your games after. My brother ordered the fish and chips. I was expecting some Gorton's fish sticks, but to they were actually legit. They were nice and crispy too. The stout burger was delicious. That was the best item on our table. Juicy and flavorful. I recommend it. The chicken avocado sandwich was standard. It wasn't anything special, but still enjoyable. I don't have any complaints about it. The food has drastically changed in taste and quality over the past few years. The food used to be like frozen items thrown into the industrial microwave and served. I gotta say I'm impressed. Worth noting: it gets really code inside sometimes. read more

This place is just a very large bar and less like an arcade. The place is nice and spacious. Perhaps it is to make it seem like there is more to do, but it seems to have the same amount (but different type) of games as the Concord location. Also, many of the games are broken or faulty in some way. So it feels like a waste of time and money. The fried pickles are also different, the beer tastes funny, and the glasses were dirty. This place is only getting any stars because the server was awesome and so was the bartender. They both took our orders in a friendly demeanor and the wait wasn't long. I'm read more

Fun place for a night out, but can get crowded I came here recently with a few friends for some food, drinks, and games, and we had a great time overall. The arcade area is huge and there's a really good mix of classic and newer games. We spent a couple of hours just hopping from one machine to another -- definitely easy to lose track of time here! The food was better than I expected for a place focused on entertainment -- the nachos and wings hit the spot, and our server was friendly even though it was super busy. Drinks took a little while to arrive, but the vibe made up for it. Only downside is that it gets really loud and packed, especially on weekends, so it's not ideal if you're looking for a chill dinner spot. Still, for a fun group outing or a casual date night, this Dave & Buster's is worth checking out. read more

We were informed ahead of time that there would be a strict limit on the number of children and adults permitted at the party, yet no one checked this on arrival. That wasn't an issue in itself, but it did feel inconsistent. Upon arrival, the server strongly encouraged us to order multiple platters immediately, saying they take a long time to prepare. We had initially planned to start with two platters to ensure everyone was eating before ordering more. Several of our guests aren't particularly keen on the heavily fried bar-style options, but we were advised that two platters would not be sufficient for seven adults and were advised to order five. In the end, we had three full platters left over, which felt unnecessarily wasteful. That said, the other staff members were fantastic -- especially those who helped the children get set up with their passes. They were attentive, kind, and very helpful. 5/5 for them specifically. read more

Been here a couple of times, I've always had a pretty good experience with the arcade side and restaurant side. Stopped by to play some games a couple of days ago, it was very packed. Seemed like there was a high school event, so we just stayed for a little bit, as most of the games we wanted to play were being used and had lines. Some of the games were also not working, but It was fun nonetheless! We sat at the bar for a bit, but none of the bartenders acknowledged us, so we ended up just asking for water before heading out. I give one star because I have to, but today service was HORRIBLE! The hostess who was taking peoples names was extremely rude she did not want to allow me to put my name because one person from our party was parking the car. Then we were sat in a corner that felt like I was being put on time out for being in trouble, the waitress took over 30mins just to take our drink order, so as we waited for her myself and wife went to the bar and seen the same hostess being rude to other lady who ended up walking out. once we order food my son (21yrs old) was never given his food even though we asked 3 times once it was brought out his wings were cold. This is a fun place for all ages, arcade games for the kids and plenty of tv to watch games. They also have a big dining area away from the games but also provide many tables within the arcade area. D&B also provides plenty of sections and private rooms for parties. They also serve lots of alcoholic drinks. With that said, drinks are good but 3 stars as the food itself is mediocre. I used to go here numerous times when we lived in the area. The food quality has gone down. We ordered chicken wings & ribs: wings tasted like boiled ribs and just tossed with sauce upon order. Sauce was not that great. Under the sauce, ribs were flavorless and tasted boiled. Wings: ordered Korean wings, soooo salty. I think this would offend any Korean. I just tasted soy sauce and that's all, no other flavors Burgers: dry Fries: seasoned fries-Eh Flatbread pepperoni pizza: sauce is bland and cheese tasted cheap. Maybe the other dishes on the menu might still taste better but these were thumbs down. Honestly, cafeteria school lunch may taste slightly better and that's saying a lot especially since the we and kids are not a fan of school lunches. If you have little ones, better to take them here early in the day. There's possibly more drinking in the evening and will result to drunk folks. My kids were watching a drunk guy with plenty to say as his friends take him out for fresh air at 2pm. Overall it continues to be a fun place but I hope the management re-evaluates the flavors of the food as I would assume wings, pizza, fries, and burgers would be top customer orders. We only saw our server when we placed the food order, food delivery, and payment. FYI, I threw up a couple hours later and I did not have anything else that day. read more

We came for a Thursday night game which coincides with the all you can eat wings for 22.99. There seems to be some confusion around the menu since we were waiting for our group to come so we were at the bar waiting. We were going to get a bucket of drinks (4 max) but we couldn't order it unless we were at a table, which seems a bit weird, as we were just waiting for our table but that's fine. We were sat eventually and then ordered the wings, either boneless or bone-in, always gotta go bone-in and there were 3 options for flavors, honey bbq, buffalo or no sauce. Fries were $3 extra to add. The wings came out pretty promptly, nothing special in my opinion. The buffalo sauce was pretty mild and some wings were crispy and some were a bit flat and soggy. Only our first order of wings came with celery and carrots. And each additional order of wings were 6 wings instead of 8 which is good. The big projectors were a bit laggy which is not ideal for a football game though. Service was a bit slow, I would imagine you would have more servers for a football game. read more

I have never been so mad after eating a meal. Julio was our server and from the start he was so rude. He came AT ME and ask if we were ready to order and if we weren't then tell him. We literally just got to the table and and didn't even look at the menu yet. I really should have asked for another server or to be seated at somewhere else. But I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes since we were visiting from out of town. Every time he walked by he just gave us this ugly look. After looking at the menu for 15 minutes, he came back again and asked, "are you ready now? Or do you need more time?" We told him we were ready, as soon as it got to my daughter and 2 friends to order he interrupted my daughter because she didn't say her order fast enough. He told her, "if you're not ready and you don't know what you want I'll come back." She said she was ready and was trying to order but he interrupted her. He gave her this stare like a stare down. Seriously, how did he even get this job?? Customer service skill sucks so bad! After we ate some of our bad tasting food, my husband asked for a box for my sandwich and lids for the sauce. Julio proceeded to roll his eyes. He handed the box to my husband and my husband asked again for the lids. Julio huffed and childishly "stomped" away. He came back with the lids and handed my husband the check out device while standing there waiting for my husband to pay. Julio gave himself a 20% tip. My husband asked him, why is the gratuity added on here? Julio said it's automatic. My husband told him to take it off. Julio "took" off the gratuity but my husband still saw it on there. Julio the, "oh my finger must of touched it again." My husband was getting so irritated and has never ever given a person no tip. This was a first. My husband is always patient and hardly ever gets upset. He was super upset and asked for the manager. Manager didn't really seem to care.... So maybe this is how they treat their customers here... It had been a long while since last visited Dave & Buster's, and with babysitting our nephew today and doing back-to-school shopping for our son, we decided it was a perfect time to drop by since we were at Great mall. My wife was especially craving the pigs in a blanket that she loves from D&B. Unfortunately, they were undergoing a menu remodel, resulting in a limited selection. However, from what we ordered, everything was pretty good. The wings were perfectly crispy and reminded me of the amazing wings we used to enjoy at BJ's before they changed their recipe. The burger was also quite good, though the fries were cold and not that crispy. The Caesar salad had a little too much dressing but was still tasty. Both kids enjoyed their meals, which is always a plus! For food, I'd rate it a 3.5-4ish and I can't wait to see the new menu once they're finished. As for the games, unfortunately, I'd give that a low score of 2/5. Many of the machines were out of order, and we had to repeatedly call the maintenance staff to get our credits back. There were several games we wanted to play, but sadly, they weren't operational. Overall, it was a decent outing, but I hope the game area improves next time! read more
