Nice place on a weekday to grab some drinks
Mandar B.

It's a nice dive bar. I have been looking for a nice dive bar to grab couple of drinks. This place you have look for it to find it. It has a good bar, pool table and good size outside space. Bartender Luchia was on point, was marking sure people have drinks. For Tuesday night, bar had good number of people. Will be going here for sure on a weekend for some drinks.

This bar is pretty dope. Great mix of people in here. Working class bar for sure. They have a TouchTunes Jukebox too. They have a pool table which i newer too. Pool League play is here as well. The owners are good people. Just randomly met them there once. Really cool decorations. Cool patio outback as well. Bathrooms are clean, you can even order food next-door an they will bring it to you in the bar.

This is the quintessential of your friendly neighborhood dive bar. Nothing too outstanding about the decor, but they have a lively atmosphere full of what seems like locals, a truly authentic space where everyone is just having a good time and the workers make everyone feel welcome. I love that they do karaoke on Thursdays and Sundays, 9pm- 1:30am. It's rare to find places that do karaoke till that late, so that's awesome... though only a couple small TV's for the lyrics. But we had fun this past weekend, watching people sing to a range of songs, from Britney Spears to Beyonce, and a little bit of country too. The bartender, Courtney, even sang some duets from the bar while serving patrons. There are six large TV's at the bar for watching sports or other shows, one pool table which apparently regulars here take very seriously, and a dart board that is oddly placed (right next to the DJ/KJ's head!?!). Also, there's a back patio for some air, but just like the interior, nothing special about the setup or decor. There's a small parking lot for convenience, but you probably shouldn't drive if you're drinking. And the drinks here are cheap and pretty good, so yeah, you'll probably be drinking. Good times at The G spot!

Employee at G Bar in Milpitas

Was chocked by neck by one of the employees without provocation when coming out of the rest room.

Talented singers.

This place used to be called Galaxy Lounge & Bar but they renovated and changed the name. They still give the same quality drinks and services. Great crowds even on Sundays. Great, friendly staffs and singers from all over Bay Area. I used to work and live in New York City and this bar gives me the goosebumps as when I first entered a karaoke bar. Superb.

Never knew a neighborhood bar can offer a food menu to enjoy there or order for pick up or delivery…read more(through a third party) The foods are pretty good. I have tried several items such as street tacos, quesabirria tacos, burritos, Barbacoa (soup) and menudo (soup). My favorites are the weekend red menudo which has no hominy, but wish it did and the burrito (in both sizes). Menudo is one of the best in the area (I shouldn't say that too loud, but it's true). It's not watered down like other restaurants, it's full bodied and meats (tripe and pata) are soft. I do wish we had an option of hominy that we can request. Burrito have been filling as I have tried several meats. It's heavy to the hand and filling to anyone's belly. Sometimes I enjoy for 2 mini meals in a day. Quesa birria tacos are the third favorite. Cheesy, crispy and greasy in the best way. Consume is flavorful too. The least favorites are the barbacoa (soup) as itwas mostly broth and minimal shreds of beef, if any. The tacos are enjoyed by family, but there is an abundance of a taste or flavor I don't prefer. I maybe wrong but I think it's oregano (but again not 100%). The third not so fav are the regular nachos with just cheese and jalepeno. Also, a negative is that 2 orders were missing items. So check your bags to make sure. So thats not a good feeling when that part of someone's order but recourse is to drive back or let third party know to get a few dollars off. We prefer to receive order and enjoy. Not to follow up with a drive back or a complaint of an item shortage to get refunded a few bucks. Otherwise the staff inside are very nice and understanding. The menudo and burrito are favorited of mine. I will follow up and order other dishes or appetizers, along with the weekend red menudo.

There are two rooms of lanes, an arcade area, snd a big eating area. Food options are vast with many options and tasted good. Staff were in good spirits and came out to clean periodically. The entire place appeared clean, including the restrooms. The bowling shoes were a bit old and some were peeling and not super comfortable. There were not enough bowling balls of various sizes. I couldn't find a 7 or 8 and had to bowl with what was available. Parking was easy in a shared giant lot.

First the good: food was good in my opinion. Everyone was happy with their meals and quality. Game…read moreroom was fun and kids had a great time here, overall pretty tidy throughout. It was pretty dead on Father's Day when we came in but I can imagine how busy it can be and there are lots of activities in as a whole. Bummer that game cards don't let you have tickets for games unless you upgrade it? It was our first time here so maybe something to do with them being free as a bonus to something else. No biggie, kids had fun playing and that's more important. Unfortunately that's where the positives stop. The Bad: service in the main dining area was rough, and that's putting it nicely. I did privately message the business but it seems that only respond publicly. We came in on Father's Day for the first time. Got a young lady with dyed red hair as our server. She couldn't answer any questions about the menu, my mother in law was asking how many wings on the sampler to see if it would be enough (which is not stated in the menu) and a few other questions, all met with "I don't know". Ok whatever, nothing to fuss about. But the problems kept coming. Everyone got their food, she never brought the kids drinks, didn't check back when food got there until having to be flagged down. The whole time, she was within sight but busy chatting with the bartender and coworkers. When we brought up the missing kids drinks her attitude shifted like we were the problem. Had to flag her for beer refills, drink refills, she never asked if anyone needed anything when she did come by to drop things off and she would literally drop an item and zip away before anyone could ask. We weren't high maintenance but when you don't even bring things we asked for to begin with, like yea, we're going to ask for them. The worst part is, when my mother in law got up to use the restroom, which has her walking past the host stand, there was our server bad mouthing us to the hostess, not discreetly at all. She was saying that we're acting like she's not taking care of us. Girl, you aren't! Basic service is not being met when you're not at the least bringing people's drinks or checking on us without having to be flagged down. Especially when there's barely anyone here. She just stopped coming by and we had to flag someone else down just to pay and be done with it. It really is a shame because we did like all other aspects of Big Al's. My in-laws drove all the way out from Visalia to spend the day with us there and the grandkids and to have to overhear your server talking trash so openly is just wildly inappropriate. We weren't copping an attitude, being rude or short with her. Please and thank you for everything, but if people asking you for things is a problem, or you're going to take offense instead of accountability, then maybe service isn't your thing. And management should really address the professionalism or lack thereof. Some people may not take a serving/restaurant jobs seriously, but it's a real job and it's how I paid my bills and provided for myself and family for 22 years.
