My family loves coming here and I like it because it's close to home. Lots of arcade games for kids and adults. They have pool tables and a good size bar. There's also a separate dining area away from the madness if you want to eat and have a server attentively waiting on you. Note if you sit around the arcade area, you'll find yourself waving down a server more times than you want. Overall D&B is a good place for both kids and adults. read more

Went there on a Friday night just to get a " Caribbean Patron Luxe Lit " and it was a different taste compared to last time I got it which was before Covid. I do not remember the guy's name but he was nice and super funny. Last time he put a sugar rim on the glass which was the best part of the drink and 2nd time I return back I had a lady bartender and she did not put the sugar rim and the taste was not strong. We love the eat & play combo ! I normally get the bar burgers because I love the Hawaiian roll buns & the fries are normally on point.. My only complaint is that everything is so pricy.. like the desserts & the alcoholic drinks.. they do offer Happy Hour, Monday - Fri from I think 3-7, but call to make sure. The food deserves zero stars. It's gone downhill over the past year. I suspect in an effort to cut costs they have replaced made from scratch entrees prepared by chefs with frozen foods microwaved by teenagers. It was also a bit annoying that the menu listed the impossible burger (which is a very popular type of veggie burger) yet the staff and manager admit it's not the impossible burger but a different but similar product yet menu still advertises it as an Impossible burger. I'm also annoyed by how they price the games. Although D & B is certainly not the only arcade these days to do it this way. Rather then pricing the games $1.00 or .75 cents i.e. a way most people recognize and understand. They price games as "6.4 credits" etc. There is a reason they do it that way and it's not good for the consumer. And another thing.... The Big Rockem Sockem Robots look cool but NEVER EVER work correctly. The servers were very friendly so there's that. I would come here to play some games but eat elsewhere. read more

It has been a long time since I've been to a Dave and Busters and I was looking forward to some fun with old friends. Unfortunately due to our awful experience at the restaurant, we never made it to the game room. We arrived at 7 pm on Saturday and were given an estimated wait time of 30-40 minutes. After noticing that the dining room looked empty, I politely asked why the wait was that long and was told that they were waiting for a party of 20 and short staffed tonight. Rather than argue, we took our pager and decided to get a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. After 40 minutes, we still had not been called so I checked on our status. I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Once again the dining room looked empty so I asked to speak to the manager. The lady told me she would get the manager and we would be seated as soon as possible. 5 minutes later our pager buzzed and we were seated. After being seated, the manager came to visit our table. As I was explaining what had happened, I noticed that he wasn't even looking at me but rather staring towards the front entrance. The look on his face resembled a mix of confusion and total lack of caring. Finally, he decided to say something and said that due to an employee family emergency and another being sick that there were only 4 waiters on staff tonight, and hence why they could only use half of the dining room. I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but a total of 4 waiters on a Saturday night sounds like a pretty poor plan. I told him that them being understaffed wasn't the customer's problem and his response was "I'm sorry, that's the only explanation I can provide". No offering up a discount or any sort of compensation for his lack of ability/planning. At this point, I was getting pretty annoyed with a complete lack of customer service but it was already past 8 and our group was getting hungry so I decided to just accept the poor excuse and get on with the evening. Our waiter was friendly enough and asked for our drink orders. We asked to start with a round of water with lemons and he said that they were all out of lemon. Again, this is a Saturday night and I would expect that they would be somewhat prepared...we also ordered a couple appetizers while we reviewed the menu to make our dinner selections. After a while, we still had not received our appetizers so we began to look around. The table next to us must have noticed as they said that the waiter had tried to deliver the appetizers to them and he went back to the kitchen confused. They also added "good luck, he's messed up 5 things for us thus far". Even if he mixed up the table to deliver the appetizers, there were a total of 4 tables in the section we were seated in. It shouldn't be that hard to figure out what was the right table. You have a 1 in 3 chance after messing up the first time! At this point, I told my friends that I had had enough. Everyone agreed, and we walked across the parking lot to finally get dinner at Lazy Dog. Not only is the service incredibly slow, but is also appears that the staff, from manager on down, either is completely incompetent or just doesn't care. Oh btw, that party of 20 that was supposedly the reason for the delay...it was actually a party of 7. Add inability to add to the list of gripe. For all I know the rest of the Dave and Busters could be ok, but the restaurant is so terrible that I won't ever be back to see. read more

Horrible service tonight. I sat down and ordered nachos and some soda since 9:45 pm. The person assigned to my table dropped off my drink and kept going. He seemed busy, no greeting is fine. There was one sweet lady that helped as much as she could. I also added buffalo wings and clarified my nacho order to steak meat, 'cause no one asked me what kind of meat I wanted. I sat almost an hour and no nachos or wings ever came. The two other drinks came way later, when the nice lady noticed that I never got them. After waiting patiently, watching other people eat and pay that came after me, I cancelled my order. The assigned server said, "It must just be sitting on the kitchen table". Then, who is supposed to bring it to my table? Poor customer service. Lets just say I'll NEVER order food from there again. read more

Just had the most wonderful experience at Dave & Buster's. Food was great. Staff was excellent. Games were great too... they have roughly 160 games! So fun!!! Special shout out to an awesome waiter we had at the restaurant there... Danya. We had the most wonderful customer service from him, which again proves my point of happy customers will be repeat customers. We will absolutely be back and will highly recommend this location to our friends and family. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I noticed a comment about a corporate group going there and having the same horrible service that I had when I brought my team members. Two times I had to flag somebody down to get water for our group an hour and a half later we still don't have our food and by the way it took 45 minutes for anybody to come by to take our food order. They then came back and said what did you order. I went upfront and said I absolutely will not pay for the bill. Never, ever, never and did I say never again. What can I say about this place that's nice? It's clean? The games are fun? But that's about where it ends. The staff is completely inept and never around when you need them. It took a staff of 4 people to seat our table and even then they counted count to five for our table and we had to ask for another chair. We were sat in the back corner and enjoyed listening to the conversation of the managers and staff. Especially when the managers are discussing. What tables they want to visit and how they decide who is an unhappy customer. Well guess what they had one right in front of them and they never noticed till I turned around and said so. We watched the table next to us complain that the sandwich with mac and cheese had no meat and cheese. The manager took it away and brought a new one. I cautioned my husband against it but he ordered it and same problem. The manager then informed us the reason the sandwich had one piece of pork and no mac and cheese is because of how they stick the toothpick in.... Interesting because someone else just complained and I'm pretty see if it happened when they suck the toothpick in they could of corrected it in the back. Other than that the food was par. The ranch tasted like hidden valley which is disappointing considering paid 13 dollars for a salad with no meat other than bacon. Could at least make your own ranch. Worst service ever. Waited forever to be seated. Finally had to flag someone down and even then, the waiter didn't seem to want to help us. The waiter in the dining area was trying to get us to find a table near the bar instead. We ordered our drinks and food right away and we only got half of our drinks. It took 45 minutes before we could get the rest of the drinks and our appetizers, which came out cold. We sent the food back and never received a replacement. The rest of the food was finally out about an hour later and it was wrong. Our patience was gone by then and we complained to the manager and his exact words were, "What do you want me to do about it?" We lost it then and got irate. The restaurant service was AWFUL. Got sat. Waited 10 minutes. Not one of the 4 servers who walked by offered anything. My husband for up to ask for service. The server who came was just out of training. Had 4 tables and got a Jack and Coke wrong... The other servers had one table and didn't offer him help and barely checked on their own tables. 2 seated groups actually left for lack of being served. Our server said on a Saturday night, they sent home 2 servers around 8. On a Saturday?!?! As for the arcade section. There were as many kids as there were adults. Even at 11:30 at night. I can see kids going during the day but on a Saturday night... Not really what I wanted to be around on my night we get a babysitter and finally get some grown up time. Contacted management, they looked into the matter and resolved it in 30 mins. For the inconvenience, GM gave me an extra $5 worth of points. My daughter was really happy. Awesome brand new Dave and Buster's location in Euless off 121. In a growing and newly developed area. I'm glad we went here because I wasn't familiar with this side of Euless and had no idea about this nice area. This location is brand new. Very clean and the staff is friendly. I'm deducting 1 star because I ordered the steak and lobster Alfredo and it didn't have any lobster in it. Additionally, the steak was burnt to a disgusting level. The pasta and the sauce were delicious though. I typically stick with sliders or hot wings at D&B and this experience reminded me why. Wow. This place really scraped the bottom of the barrel when hiring wait staff. Let me walk you through my 5-minute experience. My wife and son sit at a booth in the restaurant area. We are not ordering food. we simply need a place to sit down and feed our 6-month old. While this occurred my wife said that she can handle feeding our son for the next 5 minutes and we can meet up by the basketball game. I go towards the bar to have a seat when a server walks right up to me, no intro, no name, no "hows it going" she got extremely lucky I didn't get her name, she came up to me and said in the most condescending tone "you can order from the table I'll be your server. Keep in mind, the bar area is pretty empty. 10-15 seat were open. This server has red hair. She escorted me back to my family and continued to be rude "you can order through me". My wife mentioned, we weren't not ordering anything, "my husband just wanted a beer". This server with red head got noticeably upset. My wife said "I can feed my son somewhere else if sitting here is an issue" and I quote "UGh, YOU GUYS,HAVE A GOOD DAY" in the nastiest tone ever. I couldn't believe this interaction just occurred. I spoke with the manager Garrett, let him know about our interaction. If she isn't making enough tips, she can blame her attitude and hospitality skills. What we found was a extemely loud, over lit, somewhat silly, and dare I say LAME excuse for any place that anyone over 12 to 16 would want to go! Saturday night, and empty except for a few families with young ones, and 10 to 14 YO kids playing games. Is it just me or is it creepy to be sitting in a bar watching tweens play video games! A few pool tables, lots of driving games and games of chance (remember Rock Papers Sissors from Las Vegas Vacation???) no shuffleboard that I saw, and geesh, did I mention the las vegas level lights and noise!!! Seriously, not a single adult couple or friends on a date in the entire place at 9 PM...bar empty...entire place empty. we walked through in 10 minutes, I played one game...and we left. I bought a $25 card, and will leave it on the break room table at work on Monday...surely one of the twenty somethings might be intersted in a few games.. And the only reason they didnt get 1 star is honestly the menu looks good on the website...no idea if it translates to good food... This is one of the newest locations of D&B. Although a nice size, I've been spoiled by the one in Denver, CO which has bowling alley and tons of billiard tables. But This has billiards and a large section for private parties. Not as many games, but a good little spot for watching sports and playing some games. I've seen better D&B. So I am writing to update since the birthday party is done! Pros: Plent of tablespace was allocated, food was brought out promptly (and plenty), we were given 1 server, and the manager led us to the table at the beginning. Gluten free options. Kids had fun, prizes are cool. Kids could pick whatever soda they wanted. Cons: The event scheduler (not local but national) was no where to be found after we booked the party. Had questions that were not answered and she did not bother to respond after 3 emails. Also, details were miscommunicated such as telling us tablecloths would be provided, kids with GF allergies could order off a menu and that fries and food would be cooked in separate area. Once we got there, realized that they do not have separate fryers...pretty big deal. The one server did his best, but there were times where we needed tongs or napkins and the other 3-4 servers in the area refused to help us. They told us our server would handle it. Well, he was pretty busy and if you cant hand me some napkins or tongs so we can dish out this food, you're pretty darn lazy. The over $400 we spent on this party was not worth the service and for the unhelpfulness of the others alone, I would have rated this a 1 star event. Also when our server was clearing off the tables, I had to bag the extra food which was ok, but no one even cleaned up any spills or crumbs knowing the kids would be back to have cake. I had to do that. Which again, for a total cost of $400+ I would expect. The food came when I wanted it but per my husband was very mediocre. Burgers had soggy bread, chicken tenders were hard. Would not come back for food. Also I saw our party manager one time in the beginning, and once at the end to take my payment....no follow up? Overall my daughter and her friends had a really fun time and that's what mattered. But very overpriced considering all. read more

That being said my wife had to leave the play area due to noise. Its so stinking loud we could not hear anyone talking. My advise being some ear plugs for the game area. huge supporters of this new location, go at least twice a month and spend over $120 each time on food and supercharging on every purchase. Bar area is great with all the televisions. Almost every game is running with the exception of one or two being down for maintenance. Pro's: great atmosphere Well priced Lots of games Great food and drinks For as many seats that are at the bar, there sure is a small amount of bar "tenders" to wait on those seats. Con's: the ticket store is way over priced but that's how it always has been with any arcade. DO NOT FALL FOR HALF PRICED GAMES ON WEDNESDAY!!!! WE were just there (6/23/15) and being regulars I can say without a doubt the games are in fact dialed down on ticket output! Certain aspects of high output ticket games were either turned off or semi functional. Our average on a regular visit is between 9 and 11 thousand each time. On THIS DAY we made a grand total of 3 thousand after 2.5 hours and the regular purchase of tokens. (RIGGED!) stick to weekends and other days when half priced games are not being offered. read more

I've been here a few times, once a few months ago with my nephews. We just had a blast. In a few hours time we played pretty much every game I wanted to. I'm a big fan of the Kung Fu Panda game that I'm a particularly big fan of. The first time I played it I won 1000 tickets. With all kinds of swagger, I've replayed it over and over but never been able to repeat my victory. I still enjoy trying though. We earned tickets to get them tons of candy so they would be bouncing off the walls when I dropped them back off with my sister. Being an uncle is awesome. This is a brand new location and it is very nice and quite a bit of fun. It's almost like a Buffalo Wild Wings with an arcade. It really would be a great place to use as a sports bar if you have some kids, since they can play while you watch a game. It's easy to drop a boat load of cash here, but there are deals to be had during the week. I've never eaten the food, but it doesn't look terrible. Seems on par with a TGI Fridays. The drinks are the same way too, seem fun (albeit overly sweet). Altogether, the food is about what you'd expect. Definitely a fun place to bring some kiddos and have a blast. read more

Let me tell you, perfect place for a company group outing! The customer service was nothing short of Amazing, everyone was so accommodating! The scheduling was so easy, Ashley made this a very simple process. We arrived, she showed us where we were going to be and made sure we had a good experience prior to departure. The servers for the event were PERFECT. They were attentive and friendly...catered to our every need. When I go back I will be asking for AJ or DJ...they are so nice and very helpful. Their service definitely helped this event run smoothly. Highly recommend them if you are going there for anything. The location is convenient and right off the freeway. Being new, it's very clean too. The food options were good and the bar mini burgers are SO GOOD, they are made with a sweet roll and are so addicting. This has been one of the worst Dave & Busters experiences of my life. The water took an hour to arrive and it took forever to get my nachos. The other people I was with received two rounds of cold unlimited wings and fries because it took too long to order any others. Very disappointed in the service. I will admit, it took me until I was 30 to go to a Dave and Busters ... and it took until there was one closer to the mid cites than the ones in Dallas area. We had been given two game cards with maybe 5-10 dollars worth of points to use. I went ahead and registered one of the cards to get the coupons they advertised. Coming in you pay for your game cards or go to the charge stations in the game area. We used a buy $10 and get a free $10, and a buy $20 get a free $20. Truth be told I'm not sure I would have been happy with the loading of the cards if we hadn't already had cards & gotten coupons. They charge a fee for a new card; and unlike other game places they don't have any sort of unlimited non-ticket package. You pay $20 you get $20 worth of points. They have an extra charge for a power up with of pooints but again your just paying like $5 extra for more points. As we went in with promo cards we avoided these issues or complaints I've heard from other places. The games were fun, rock me sock em robots were still in works but I've gotten an email saying they are working now. Prizes are better than at other places but the pay out is usually higher ... but there isn't a lot in the 5-20 ticket range if you only have that many left over. You can use x amount of tickets in restaurant for appetizers; but we have yet to eat here yet. Can't speak to the restaurant end but honesty I'm doubting that we will take advantage of the restaurant end of things as we plan on coming with the game coupons I get emailed. Far to many food options in the area, and I've heard here has been hit or miss. Worth a visit, sure! Cleaner, nicer and newer than many of the area game places for sure. We had the worst experience in recent memory. All we ordered were nachos, a kid's meal, and a side order of bacon-wrapped shrimp. The nachos were served with these dark, rancid chips. It was so gross; like the grease was old. It was awful. We reminded the waiter that we hadn't received the shrimp order, and he told us they were "remaking" them. When they came, the bacon wasn't cooked completely. (See pic). It was horrible. A manager came by and we told him about the food. He said he would "talk to the kitchen". We have some family members who were treated poorly at this restaurant. The group, which included a 5 year old autistic child, was completely ignored and waited at their table for over 20 minutes without having anyone stop by. The child had been looking forward to this outing and was very confused to see others being served, while he and his family were ignored. He was crushed that he had to leave without having a chance to eat or play. I hope Dave & Buster's will take this feedback and use it to train employees to be sensitive and compassionate to all guests. As consumers, we can always choose where to spend our dollars, and I will always choose to patronize establishments that value their customers and treat everyone fairly. read more

My fam loves D&B's. This one is definitely bigger than it looks from the outside. It's a brand new building so it's going to be very clean and attractive. Nice layout as well. The restaurant has a design flaw. The AC blows so hard down the east side booths that you can see their big pendant lights (overhanging tables) swaying. We had to ask to be seated in a table away from the turbo props....LOL. The waitress told us that they're constantly being told by customers that it's a problem, but its the design of the building and there's nothing they can do. We'll see how it is in the winter. Nobody will want to eat where its that drafty. Just sayin. The food was just Ok. Nothing great, but nothing horrible either. And the service was terribly slow and it wasn't busy. The staff was quite friendly, though. So, maybe they're still working through the "new-ness". We headed for the games after eating and it was your typical Arcade. It wasn't the standard D&B's Arcade, this one is more modernized. Lacks the old school D&B's charm, though. I personally like the older better than the newer, but hey, the world's a changin. Although my 12 yr old appreciates the older version, too. Now, the big question is, do we come back? I don't really know. Main Event is right up the road and they offer more for my family. I haven't had their food, but it'd be a toss up between them and D&B's. If this would've been constructed like the "old school" D&B's, there'd be no toss up, we'd head to this place, but we'll just have to see. read more
