Took a friend here a couple days ago on thursday and stood at the bar entrance and nobody noticed us. We sat ourselves at the bar and the 2 female bartenders stood at the opposite end of the bar talking and not checking on the bar at all. After 10 minutes they split up still in conversation and walked right by us and was talking to another female sitting across from us. We got up and started walking away and thats when we were noticed and at that point we just left. Highly disappointed. read more

I seriously love their sliders and wings platter, I ALWAYS have to order it! Who doesn't love wings and mini burgers on sweet Hawaiian bread? We were waited by Tiara, love her name btw! We came for Happy Hour. I usually come for Happy Hour for the half price on some appetizers but I was a bit sad this location only had Grilled chicken quesadilla and spinach dip for Happy Hour. We thought the beer drafts were also on Happy Hour but I guess that's only in some states like in California (where we originally originated from); regardless if it was half off or not, Happy Hour is Happy Hour! We ordered the sliders and wings platter (duh), mountain O' nacho and the grilled chicken quesadilla. I was a bit disappointed with the wings, it had literally chunks of the sauce (it didn't taste like Buffalo sauce) slobbered all over the chicken wings. D&B had ads all over the place and ads online for boxing and ufc fights 11/2/19. D&B Braintree said they are going to show the Canelo fight. They shut the TVs off right before Canelo's main event fight at 1am. Providence D&B showed the fight, they stay open later. Also sliders were soggy and drinks are ok. read more

Recently came to this location with a friend and had such a great time and experience! Staff was very attentive throughout the place. I had actually had lost my wallet while there and when inquiring to call about it missing later on, the staff was extremely quick and helpful in assuring me the wallet had been found by staff and secured by staff, and when I went to retrieve it from the staff, they were quick, attentive and very helpful in returning it with promptness. I'm speaking specifically to the restaurant. The service was VERY slow. It took my group (12 people in total) roughly an hour to get our food (meaning sit down time to food time was about an hour). The food was O.K., the chicken tenders were good (not great) but the "brookie" part of the brookie sunday was a bit too hard-if it were cooked less, it would have tasted better. I just came to Jersey Mike's in Quincy for the first time and I am so impressed. The store is absolutely spotless and the subs are so fresh. On top of that the customer service is outstanding. I want to begin this review by saying we went into dinner realizing that this is a restaurant that has an arcade as its main attraction and we adjusted our expectations from there. Our main goal was to have some bar food and a few drinks then play some silly games. Our biggest issue was the drinks. It took at least 35 minutes for them to come and they finally arrived after our dinner came. Our waitress repeatedly told us she was waiting for the bar to make them and eventually said the ticket was lost and they would be out shortly. One drink never arrived but was on the bill and had to be removed. During this time our waters were never refilled. The manager walked by repeatedly and didn't inquire about our meal or experience. The food was inconsistent. The dip trio came out lukewarm. Two people in our party had mediocre meals (the chicken tacos and the mini quesadillas were cold) My chicken fingers however were very good and both people who ordered burgers liked them. We were so irritated by the end of the meal we decided to just leave rather than stay for the games. Our waitress was at no point unpleasant but she was completely disinterested in her job. Not once was an apology offered for the long wait. In the future we will be eating dinner somewhere else before going to use the arcade. read more

I played some games and won some bullshit tickets which I gave to my brother so he could afford some coffee mugs that say D & B on them. His wife will be psyched. Last night we went to Dave and Busters around 9:30 to go play some games and grab a drink with friends. I went into the bathroom and I was completely disgusted at the lack of upkeep, and I had to go to 3 stalls to find toilet paper. Then when I washed my hands only one dispenser had paper towels. I notified a manager, I informed him that the bathrooms needed attention as well as toilet paper and towels. He apologized and told me he'd send someone in to take care of it. About an hour later I went back in and they had added towels and toilet paper but the place was still disgusting and the following photographs are how this person added paper towels and toilet paper to the bathroom... we had fun playing the games even though it's very expensive to play them and we left with a candy bar prize. Blah, this one is awful compared to the one in RI. I mean the bar is bigger...so I guess that can be a plus. Half price wednesdays? Okay. Still a bit expensive...Only one coupon per a card per day. There's always that coupon that is going around for the pay $10 get $10 free on your card...so you end up paying 10 bucks for 20 bucks credit which is kinda half price...but then you will blow that within an hour on the coin machine hoping all the coins will drop..yeah i'm the sucker for that. The games aren't that good, they lag...i played every racing game in an hour..or maybe less so that goes to say something. I'd come to chill on wednesday but otherwise i'd pass. I took my 11 year old daughter out for first time since covid to a public place getting sick of staying in and she put her little pocketbook and a stuffed animal she won on one of the games while she was playing and someone grabbed it while she was playing the game. There's a wide variety of games for anyone: Flappy Bird, Wheel of Fortune, Deal or No Deal, Basketball, Beer Pong, Mario Kart, Pacman, choices of shooting games, a decent amount of cane machines, Angry Birds, Connect 4, skeeball, and the list goes on! Every time I visit on a Wednesday, the place is PACKED. There's going to be kids running around until 10 PM when they finally restrict D&B for just 21+ adults. I brought my kid here many times, and mostly on every weekend, she seems to enjoy it and has fun every time. There are plenty of nice games for every age, kids and adults. Lot of lights came on which looked pretty. You can earn points & tickets while playing games and later can be used to redeem for prizes. But you need to be careful, it can empty your wallet real quick, and then you move on with your card, then the next day you look at your account and ask yourself "what have I done". I noticed that after 9pm, there are more adults around with their drinks in hands and playing games, very less kids compare to during the day, probably they're already in their beds, and it's time for us adult to have some fun. There's a full bar and restaurant right in the middle which is convenient. I've also attended a birthday party here, food are great. The place is clean and well-kept. But I just need they have more employees around to check on the game machines 'cause sometimes you put money in there and it didnt work, and no staff around around to help. I had the worst birthday of my life here, and here is why. We called ahead to book a reservation for a table of 12 on a weekend night. I had a conversation with the planning person, and she asked me, are planning on coming in for fight night? I said, no it's for a birthday. She said okay, well we don't take reservations for a Saturday night. I said okay, we'll just come in then. I arrived at south shore plaza about an hour ahead of when I was planning on having dinner, to go to Cheesecake Factory to pick up my birthday cake. Literally five minute drive away. I called, "can I leave my name down for dinner tonight?" "No we don't take reservations." "But I'm already here at the mall" "Sorry, by the way it's fight night there's a $10 cover." That was the first time, after emailing with the planners and talking to the planners back and forth that I discovered there was a cover. Long story short. Then we get to the restaurant, they said sorry there will be a $10 after 10pm. We sit down for food hoping to play games when we're done eating and before it's 10. It was 7:15pm. We wait for an hour, 8:15 we got a table. We wait for 30 min, we got water for the first time. It's 9:50pm, our food is here just minutes before the 10pm deadline for cover charge. We weren't able to play games that night without paying $150 for my whole table. This is my problem with this place. read more

Very crowded from 8-10PM on a rainy Saturday. Pros: -Nice mix of games involving physical skill, luck, and typical video games. The trivia game in particular was the one I kept coming back to. Cons: -Gotta say the rates for tokens are a bit confusing and talking to the attendant did not help much! Two friends and I bought 170 tokens for $29. It took us about 2 hours to slowly use them up. -The amount of tickets won on screens of games often did not match up with what it said on the place where you insert your card--not sure which number is the correct one. I don't understand the bad reviews! I have come here many times and I have never had a bad experience though I always sit at the bar to order food and drinks. Bartender Chris is the best! The food here hits the spot for the high caloried, not-so-healthy deliciousness. You get what you pay for. As for the games, they are super fun but they took away the tickets...so that's not cool but at least it loads in your card and you don't have to carry the tickets everywhere. Have brought my kids to this d&b maybe 5 or 6 times in the last 2 years. Came in last Saturday as a treat to both of them (9 & 11). used a $20 get another $20 coupon w a registered card. Only way to do it given how fast they can go thru $20. Place was really crowded. Little kids, teens and adults. We parted ways and headed for the bar, checking in on them every 15 or 20 minutes. At the bar we had 2 diet cokes for $6. We had already eaten, so just biding time till the kids won $40 worth of junk. Place was loud. Plenty of parents chasing after their kids. OK for an hour or two. Longer and your kids will be all wound up and you will have spent plenty of cash on expensive toys. S9taff on the floor were attentive.
