I called a total of three Toyota dealerships and I eventually landed on this one since they had both my rim and my tire in stock. Also, they do same-day service on tow-ins. One other dealership I called said they had to wait 24-48 hours with no exceptions in order to work on a car that was towed in, which I thought it was weird. I came to the service area and I was so fortunate to have Brenda help me from the service center. I explained to her my situation, visiting out of town to go to a gathering later today so she made sure I was prioritized despite my stressful situation. I wasn't able to stay another night and all dealerships close on Sundays so I had to get it fixed asap to go to my gathering an hour away from here and then drive home with my family of four the following morning. Thankfully it wasn't that busy that day and I got there around 11am and was able to get my tire fixed and out the door by 1pm. I was so elated and profusely thanked Brenda for all her efforts in getting my car fixed asap so I could not miss my gathering I was already late for and to get home safely the following morning. Thank you so much Sunrise Toyota and Brenda for not ruining my weekend trip to NY! I know it's probably unlikely to come back to this specific location, but would highly recommend this spot for any of the locals who live nearby.

I had an accident, totaled my car and bought a used certified car from them which I am pleased with. But the salesman should have applied my points to my new purchase. He did not and I did not realize it until the points had expired. I sent a certified letter to Linda Garelli which was received but got no answer. All I want is what they promised me. So far nothing. This situation surprises me so much. They always made good on their deals. My salesman was Will Diaz. He was the one to have made that application of my available points. We shall see how this plays out but until I receive any kind of answer about my complanis. I will look elsewhere. Ricl

Over the years, I've bought five cars from them, and every one has been its own kind of awesome: 1988 Baby Blue Ford Taurus - Purchased in 1990 Solid, smooth, and shockingly clean. This car set the gold standard for reliability. It was loaded and a joy to drive with my new wife and infant girl. 1987 Lincoln Continental - Bought in 1991, Pure luxury. I still miss this car. The ride was divine and the price was unbeatable. It was literally way below book value, and the miles were low! 1974 Plymouth Valiant - 1992 - I needed a reliable "station car" to get to the LIRR. Got it for $150. Ridiculously good gas mileage and 100% reliable. Talk about value! 2002 Ford Crown Victoria - I bought this in 2010. This one was hilarious to drive--people thought I was a cop and cleared the lane! V8 power, dual exhaust, spacious, and smooth. Got it for $2,250 and ended up selling it for the same price two years later. Incredible. 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertible - Got this in 2011. This car holds a special place in my heart-- two of my daughters learned to drive in it. It was dependable, stylish, and came at a great price. Reiners isn't just a dealership. For me, it's been a trusted source of incredible cars, great deals, and dependable service. Even now, years later and miles away, I'm still grateful for the experiences and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle. Ask for Joe! I would call a day after he said he would and he acted like he was just going to call me. They never followed through and always had different excuses on why paper work was lost. I had to open a case with the dmv and was told they will get a slap on the wrist. When I stepped into office I told them I had leukemia and didn't want no problems. First problem was mileage didn't match ad because salesman told me he drove it for a while. They did take off some money because of that but then customer service went downhill from there. I have bought cars for over 40 years and never had this problem of buying a car with no title. Please what ever the owner says in his response dont believe his lies. I have texts and paperwork to back all this up. Ask him about car max car and titles. He told me that he opened a case with the DMV also but funny thing is the DMV never contacted me about his case nor did they say there was a case when I filed mine.

Thursday 9/21/23 my son who bought that trash called me in a panic over the multitude of issues he had. I called your place and spoke with Brian who sold it to him. Brian said in his words, "Well buddy, he has a 90 day warranty on it, so don't worry, have him get it here and we will take care of it." After explaining to Brian the issue was more than windows not functioning, he did say it was still under warranty and you would "take care of it". So, same day my son drops it off to you. I called to clarify with Brian what your shop will do. When I called, I got someone who wasn't Brian, but when I asked for Brian, I was immediately sent to a general voicemail box. I waited to call back a couple hours later....same crap. My phone number was obviously flagged so Brian wouldn't have to speak with me. My mistake was that I mentioned to Brian I lived out of state and unfortunately couldn't be there to assist my son (who you took a jab at in your response to my other son about him not being able to "express his concerns on his own") is mentally ill and has bipolar disorder. Besides that, he knows NOTHING about vehicles, nor did my ex wife who was with him. So in theory, you took advantage of that unbeknownst to Brian that my son is mentally ill. His brother came with him to defend him because your slimy sales tactics surely would've intimidated him. Saturday 9/23/23, they call and notify him "everything is fixed" and is in good working condition, come pick up when you're able to. Within an hour of him picking it up, he got stranded in a parking lot near his home (not on a beach off-roading as you falsely claimed) and I had called a tow truck place to have it towed to his house. Sunday 9/24/23, I contact my mechanic who is the grand master of Jeeps, thankfully. He said to get it to his home in Farmingville, in which we had it towed there. Monday 9/25/23, my mechanic takes a good look at it whilst up on his lift. He said in his words, "I really am sorry your son was taken advantage of like this. I have heard of other similar stories about JTL and the nightmares others have had." He takes a few pics (which I will be sharing on this review) and said to me, "The entire under carriage is swiss cheese. I will need to replace both rocker arms which both were cracked, tie rods, CV joints, all 4 shocks are blown out, brake lines are shot, wheel bearings decimated, and that was only within the first half hour of him inspecting it. There is much more John, but I really don't want to bore you with the mechanical details, only to say this first repair with parts just costed me $1806 out of pocket, and that is a major deal only because I am friends with this mechanic. This work will HOPEFULLY make this Jeep somewhat safe and roadworthy, but not 100% guarantee he said. The ball joints will be next on the list to be replaced, but it's not an easy job he said because there is quite a bit to remove to get to them. What a line of BS you said about it being "covered in mud so he must have taken it of road" Yeah ok buddy whatever other lie you have to advertise in your snake oil salesman reply to the public you gotta say. Do you know their driveway is dirt as it is shared driveway with a landscaping company who also uses it to enter the street? Nah, you wouldn't know nor would you care, but you have no problem making another false statement saying he took it off road. You honestly think if he took it say on the beach to "off road" that it would've even made it 8 feet without the entire under carriage being left behind and the axels/wheels falling off!?!? You know who and what you are John. God will judge you by this and all the other times you have screwed people over. Sorry you feel the need to rip vulnerable people off. What a great reflection of a "family business" you represent. Wish I had $$ for a good attorney, but it's going to repairs now.
