While you wait, there is no transportation to take you to and from home or work, so you have to call an Uber or Lyft. The waiting room is relatively clean and has comfortable chairs. On EVERY drive, the truck turned off while driving, sometimes on the highway. I am familiar with 7.3s, so I suspected something was up with the oil or fuel pump. Brought to a specialty garage and sure enough, ***$2300 LATER*** my truck is running again. The fuel pump was completely shot. It NEVER drove more than 5 miles without turning off and was honestly dangerous. When I asked Avi to help make this right, he refused, offering no concession and telling me it was a good sale price. I wouldn't trust Avi or do business with him again. I would be happy to take down this review if he pays for half of my repair.
