Once the quote was approved, Omar and his team arrived on time for the date we agreed for installation and took care of everything without any issues. In fact, they identified some issues that were caused by some other vendors that worked on our office and brought it to our attention. They also identified that some of the items that were actually quoted where not needed, so at the end of the day, we ended up paying less than what was on the actual proposal. During this whole process, we discovered that Lumari Tech offers managed IT services which is something our company needs as we cannot justify the cost of having an in-house IT person to manage our network.
