This company has the WORST communication with their customers. I was renting a house with 3 other roommates in Jacksonville, FL. Our "property manager" never responded to emails, calls, or voicemails. Calling the corporate help number you only have workers that can fix minor issues but can not give you much information. They have to ask property managers for more information but that is an issue if your so -called property manager never responds to you. Let me clarify by saying I went to her with only 2 issues during the year we lived there and she never once helped or pointed me in the right direction. Before move-out they sent a pre-move out inspector (who never entered the home) he told us to spackle and paint over the spackle marks and gave us the exact paint color. We did as instructed and they still somehow charged us for painting all 3 rooms "corner to corner". I emailed multiple people that were attached to our pre-move in email and surprise surprise.. none of them answered to clarify or show EVIDENCE of why the "paint corner to corner bedroom 1,2,3" was required. It seems as though they want to TAKE ADVANTAGE of their customers and somehow "solve" the issue by not responding. I have never experienced a rental company act this way. DO NOT give them your business especially in the Jacksonville, FL area. They may be better in other places of the country but I definitely wouldn't count on it if I was you. Update: the same day that i posted this review a member of their social media team commented on my google review trying to say that the charges were valid but that if i wanted to.. i could email him. So i did. I corrected his response and told him in more detail what happened. He finally understood what i was saying. They left me a voicemail today saying that our property manager understood that the paint color may not have been a complete match due to where it was purchased and for that they would give us the full security deposit back minus what was taken out for utilities. I have now decided on a 3 star review because they finally listened and corrected their mistake. I cannot give them a full 5 star rating because it took me writing 4 reviews on different websites for them to notice me... their RESIDENT. I'm a couple years out of college, it's not like me to fight charges or haggle or things like that but this has taught me a lot and i hope you can take something away from my experiences! Please fight back if something is wrong!!! Don't let these big companies get away with stuff like this.

They post regular content and often do negotiated deals. However, I quickly learned that the only way you can really take advantage of these deals is if you're ready to sign then and there. It is first-come first-serve and unfortunately, it was not practical for most people to wait around for the perfect deal not knowing the timeline. Most apartments require you to provide 60 day notice of intent to vacate. This timeline felt shorter for me because I was going on an international business trip. I did not really have the time to look around and wasn't sure what to do. Luckily for me, I stumbled across The Realm Agency on Instagram. I liked that their posts showed pricing and location. Sometimes apartment locators can be really obscure in my opinion. I sent them a message and sure enough someone contacted me shortly after. That's when I had the privilege to meet Chris- the best locator around! Chris was super attentive to all of my needs and questions. He inquired about what type of apartment I was looking for, amenities, my budget, expected move in date, etc. I gave him some areas I was interested in and within a few days he had compiled an extensive list for me. I am not lying when I say that Chris worked around the clock to help me find the perfect apartment! We were texting each other during random hours since I was traveling and working in both the Philippines and South Korea. He always kept me informed about my options and was never pushy on a single property. I appreciated his honesty and feedback in regards to the pros/cons of available properties. Working with him honestly felt like talking to a friend! There was one property that I really ended up liking and Chris was able to set up a virtual tour. However, that same apartment ended up getting leased during my tour.
