My experience with Regal realtors has been so shocking. I caution anyone working with Ellie (agent)…read moreand Melanie Loar (manager to Ellie). I was the buyer in a recent transaction where Ellie was the seller's agent. After closing & funds were released, the seller entered the home and removed appliances causing damages. I have been trying to get in contact Ellie for a month to work this out but she has not responded to any emails, messages or phone calls after the sale was completed. This left me no choice but to reach out to her boss, Melanie. I did this because I did not want the seller to be "left in the dark" and sued due to Ellie's lack of responsiveness. After speaking with Melanie's manager, the situation was even worse. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive. She tried to claim that we should have all "communicated" about removing appliances which is completely ABSURD. The contract is clear: once funds are released and closing occurs, the seller has no right to enter the home or remove anything. This is not a matter of "he said, she said." This was a breech of contract. As buyers & sellers, we rely on professionals to guide us through this process. Ellie simply closed this deal and ghosted everyone. Melanie L. Lacks professionalism, knowledge, and accountability.

I can truly say i've never had an experience like this before with a Real Estate office. They are…read moreresponsive when it comes to scheduling an appointment to tour a rental property. But that's where everything goes on the decline. I can truly say they are horrible at their job, because i've done their job before. I have not had to go such a pain for a rental. The last time I experienced this much proof of anything was with a mortgage underwriter, which is expected in the mortgage industry. Communication is horrible, and that's if i'm being optimistic. I was told several times by different staff members & Realtors they will call me back with answers to my concerns or questions and literally days later I would have to call and email to get a hardline answer. I don't complain about communication often, but this was a horrible problem with several in the office and I even verified they were licensed Texas Realtors. There are way too many options in Dfw to deal with their bad customer service.

This company was managing my properties poorly and gouging me in the worst way. As I was told by…read morethe new property management who they dumped me too, which is not any better (yeah you AMRR), did so without even having the courtesy of letting me know. The new company even told me that Citywide was too inexperienced to take on what they did with investor's properties. The accounting, screening of tenants, communications, especially my managing agent was just another car salesman managing my newly built rental properties! Took them several months to evict a non paying tenant who by the way wasn't even qualified to be renting because she was on government assistance..probably who couldn't hold a job. I highly recommend anyone looking to manage their properties to look elsewhere!
