Dash pest control has been our company as we love supporting local. They had great device for I think it's been 5 years give or take. Recently I would get multiply phone and text messages which are saved, saying they would be there / days in a row at different times. The last one was hours late, then a different person came and was gone in 10 mins. I stayed home to keep the dogs in, found a flyer on the door. The customer service person was very pleasant and knowledge. A friend of mine owns a pest control company outside my area and gave me questions to ask companies when I called. Ben answered all the questions confidently but, not arrogantly. (I like that.) he was very knowledgeable. The person that sprayed the house, Javier, was polite and professional. They treated the house, patio furniture and kids toys. They didn't try to sell me a monthly package which I think is a waste of money. They did, however, suggest coming back in a month, to wipe out any remaining eggs. So far, this is everything I would want from any a service provider. -Good business, folks!! Originally I was going to go with Orkin, but my first impression of them rubbed me the wrong way...my friend has been a long-time customer of Dash, so I called them up and I'm so glad I did... Initially I spoke to Ignacio and he was incredibly reassuring, compassionate, patient, and accommodating - he was able to give me a straightforward price point for their services, what I would be able to expect, and based off the information I was relaying to him over the phone, how often they'd need to spray to maintain year-round effectiveness. When I called back to set up initial service and a customer account, I spoke with Ben. Ben was also very kind and patient and took the time to address all my questions and concerns before scheduling to have someone come out. The whole process was easy, and the pricing is considerably fair, upfront, and transparent. My first service, no complaints. The technician seemed to do a thorough enough job, though I did expect the first visit to take a little longer especially considering how bad my place was. The spiders seemed to disappate pretty good - even though I was warned it could get worse before it got better, it definitely got substantially better. After a little over a week I called back because I was still getting horribly bitten up by something and I couldn't wait until my next service only 2 weeks later - Ben again took my call and scheduled someone to come out to take care of my pest problem within 36-48 hours of calling. Jimmy was the technician who showed for my second treatment and I'm so thankful it was him! He called before arriving which is a huge deal for me since I live at the back of the property in a separate house...he showed early in his window (another thing I appreciate about Dash is their narrow windows for arrival times so you're not stuck waiting around for hours) and was genuinely concerned and invested in helping me with my pest issue. He inquired about the nature of the bites I had and was able to tell me it was fleas, further explaining that general pest control won't treat for fleas and it required it's own spray. He even went into explaining the behaviors of fleas, and when they bite, thrive, live dormant, etc...he discussed the kind of pesticide with me to ensure I exercised caution and safety with the animals on the property until it dried, and thoroughly treated around the entire perimeter of my house and surrounding vulnerable areas. Jimmy did a fantastic job - he was super friendly, kind, caring, compassionate, thorough, informative, and efficient. Dash Pest Control is one totally awesome company. read more

I chose Dash because of their high rating on yelp and now I'm not sure how they scored so high. The first guy that came out and basically sprayed around the outside and left so we still had a bad ant problem. We called and another guy came and did a more thorough job inside and out. That lasted for a month and a half. A third guy came out and my husband did most of the work for him pulling out the stove and getting everything ready so he could treat the house for ants. The service man basically told us that we are always going to have ants. So why am I paying him? I think we can do a better job on our own. read more

We were having a serious cricket problem for the last 2-3 months and were seeing 2-3 a day in our master and big ones! Also were seeing some pincher bugs. Not your typical spider or ant problem so we weren't sure if it could be fixed. Jacob came out and was very nice and professional, swept away webs outside and sprayed all around the house and the master bath where the main issue seemed to be and since he sprayed a week ago we've only seen one cricket and one pincher bug, seems to be working!
