Eliza & Isaac are the most unprofessional and the rudest people. Why are they in customer service?? First ALL the women in the office who answer the phones are idiots and and fail daily at their job. Why do I waste my time calling if you guys can't recall the call and what was talked about? Isaac threatened me with sending an account that should've been paused to collections. He acted all tough and big in texts and never picked up the phone. The service wasn't even great. They never followed up and overcharged me for patching up walls. Never came to pick up equipment that was left laying around my property. Every single person who works here is a complete joke and failure. Where do I start! Giovanni worst customer services rep I have ever dealt with. Thank god I was able to cancel services! Kept telling me my story was changing. I lied about not seeing there reps. Dash pest control was fine until I wanted to cancel my service. It was like trying to cancel AOl back in the day. Plus, no one told me when I signed up they screw you with a service charge for not sticking around a year. Tis should of been a plain and simple transaction. "ME, " hello I would like to cancel service" DASH, "May I ask why"? ME, " I no longer want the service" Dash, "Are you unhappy with our service" ME, "cancel my service please plain and simple" Dash, "I am just trying to understand why" ME Cancel my service charge me the stupid fee and cancel" Dash "But we are scheduled for this Jan" Me, " I dont want your service just cancel me" It went on longer but I lost my temper. What BS, if you want to cancel it should be short and sweet not trying to talk me in to staying. Amazing service. Our house got infested with fleas due to a cat that was living her over the summer. We tried flea bombs, we tried cleaning everything. Nothing seemed to work. Called up dash and they gave me a fair quote. They came in the next day or so and did a treatment. They came back 2 weeks later for a complimentary follow up treatment. We saw no more fleas and still haven't seen any. They alerted us there is a warranty in case we ever see any more. Responsiveness was great! read more

I had dash come into my home to spray around for spiders, little did I know it was going to bring ants in the next two weeks. I had them do a follow up visit for ants and put something for the ants which did nothing. Called to cancel the service and got hit with A fee to cancel. $239 down the trash and I pretty much just paid to get ants. read more

I was not pleased with how our fumigation service was handled by Dash Pest Control. Not only was the fumigation service outsource, I was not provided with accurate information. It caused me and my family such annoyance, inconvenience, and more money. I would not use their service again nor recommend it to anyone. In May I had Best Care Fumigation company, fumigating my house. At first, I was little apprehensive after reading a review. When the crew arrived, crew leader inspected our preparation, pointed discrepancies, assisted in corrections, then the crew proceeded with their work. Conduct was very professional, caring. Ignacio is a great guy! He really knows his stuff and makes it his goal to handle your pest problem. Not once did he try to up-sell me on monthly service or anything I did not ask for. His boss, Ben is a real nice guy too. I only spoke with him on the phone but he too was informative and made it his goal to fix our problem. I thought I had rats in the attic. I was quoted $299 to find them, set traps inside and outside if necessary and a return visit to get rid of the animals caught... Ignacio investigated and discovered I did not have rats.
