And it actually cleans my car. Better than the Royal Farms wash across the road. Also you get 20 cents off gas if you buy a wash when filling up. With their competitor Rite Aid out of business (my usual stop to get such items) I decided this was going to be the next best thing. I had no idea that this location existed. I ended up here by chance. I was actually heading somewhere else until I saw the familiar building. The lot for this locations is a bit wonky. Be careful traversing it and be mindful of the vehicles entering from different directions. Inside, it was your typical setup for a CVS. However, the one item I was looking for was like going on a scavenger hunt. I had went to where I thought it would be, but guess what, it wasn't there. I then just started going up and down aisles until I stumbled on it. What is weird, where I found my item was more in the vitamins section than near the cold medicine where I expected it to be. On top of that, in this section, some items that were in the cold medicine section were repeated in the vitamins. Would have been nice if they just put them exactly where they should have been. I then made it to the travel section and browsed what they had. Grabbed what I was out of and headed to the checkouts. I opted for the self checkout route, as I always do. I wish these registers, for as long as they have been in use, would run more smoothly. Listen, I have already put the item in the bagging area, keep up. Then, without thinking, I printed my receipt. Good thing I had the next hour to wait for the mile long receipt to be done.

Instead of taking ownership of the issue, I had to spend my own time following up and figuring out what happened. The lack of communication and accountability made an already stressful situation even worse. I understand mistakes can happen, but I expect a pharmacy to handle prescriptions more carefully and keep customers informed. I hope they improve their processes so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I have been going there for 7 years so far, and I thought I was getting wood screws, and Sheet metal screws, in my tires from Highway 270, but I was wrong. I have had 8 Flat tires, which cost me 60 dollars for each tire, to be removed ,Patched, balanced, and remounted. This was 480 dollars. With that being said, I went there on Friday, July 22nd 2022, and I pulled into the parking lot, to find 25 wood screws, and 5 sheet metal nails, which were dumped, Probably by contractors, building the many new homes in Urbana. The contractors probably stopped there for lunch. At any rate, I picked up all of the wood screws, and nails, and took them into the store, and gave them to the manager. I ask her "Why do you not clean your parking lot, as I have had 8 flat tires which cost me 480 dollars", and she told me that they just swept the parking lot this morning. OK, I walked out the door into the parking lot, and I found 2 more sheet metal nails, about 2 inches long. If I stole 480 dollars from this store "which I NEVER would" I WOULD GO TO JAIL!!! They do not "AT ALL mind "stealing from me ,however. Shop at this store at you own RISK. I hope I speak for the Hundreds of other people who got mad after finding that wood screw in their tire, and NOT knowing where it came from!! This is the place people!!!

When driving from the DMV it feels like the right thing to do to avoid all those highway backups, but in reality, it's not good for your bladder. I was nearing bursting on a stretch of road and was ready to pull over at the first gas station that I saw. At that point, I had no idea where I was or how far I had gotten. I had tuned out the GPS because my eyes were glued to the road to find a bathroom. I finally came out of a tree lined stretch of road and saw the illumination of a gas station. Wawa. Not necessarily my first choice, but I was happy to see the awning once around the trees. Pulled in, parked, nearly ran inside straight to the restroom. Now the one thing that all Wawas seem to lack is their cleanliness of their facilities. I don't know what people do, or don't do, in these restrooms, but they look like the ones you would find in a horror movie. Ones where they have been trashed beyond comprehension. Like how is it that the walls have paint rubbed off of it. All you need is flickering lights and you're set to be the next victim in the upcoming Wawa horror movie. Listen, even though the facilities were not presentable, I still needed to use them. All that horror makeup of the facilities faded away as my bladder returned to E. Outside the facilities, this isn't a bad Wawa. They still do have a lot to offer. I'm still not happy with their food, but I do like the swift convenience offered at the counter. Grab a drink, go to the counter, ask for an item and I was outside. With a lot of my car rides back home I always need to stretch my legs before I get back in the car. I was able to take in a phone call at the same time. While outside, I noticed that this place wasn't very busy this time of day, very early in the morning. If only that could be the case all the time.

We stopped in for drinks and a bathroom break and decided to sign up for the Royal Farms rewards app so we can earn points whenever we're back in the area. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and overall a really pleasant place to visit. The customer service we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which made the quick stop even better. On a recent trip back and forth between where I grew up and where I live now, I needed to make a…read morepit stop. I had to get out of my car, stretch my legs, grab a drink, and just be out of the car. I had no idea that this location even existed. I was as surprised as anyone else. I like how this location is nestled in there. When I say that, I mean the road on the back side of the building. That road is welcoming compared to the main stretch that this faces. After being at another location of the birthplace of Sheetz and coming upon a location that still had fresh brewed iced tea I was still in hopes that not all locations switched over to the dispenser. However, I was not in luck at this location. I was greeted by that disgusting Gold Peak dispenser again. I did end up grabbing some food to go home on. Even if it was without their sweet nectar. But back to the location, this made for an easy off/on the highway for me. Or, if I wanted to waste more time, I could take the backroads from here to make it home.

I like Sheetz. In Frederick you're a fan of either Sheetz, Royal Farms, 7/11 or WaWa. People are so…read moreloyal to these chains that they'll happily pass by many of the other stores and go five miles to go to their chain. It's like the crips and bloods only with gasoline and food over drugs. There are now three Sheetz on the same patch of road, all within two miles of each other. So I'm happy! Free air, cheap gas and a good place to stop for a fill up. Yeah these Sheetz guy approves.
