I wish yall could use a different eye pad brand to keep the lower lids down. The ones yall use leave glue residue on my lower lashes and I've never experienced that issue with other providers in the past. Also, the store is not that clean. The retail walls are dusty and the bathrooms need a steam clean. I'd toss out the air fresheners in the bathroom too - they are toxic for humans. Last suggestion.... Please please please get rid of the terrible music. I don't know what kind of corporate rule you have but the music yall are playing is the craziest, most obscure, random mix of various terrible genres I've ever heard. I've had a lash lift done before and it looked amazing compared to this. I feel as if I can't even leave the house. There is no way mascara can even go on these. I called back today to see what they could do about it and explained how upset I was about the whole situation and they simply told me they did everything right and there's nothing they could do for me. I was really looking to get this lift done as a little pick me up but this has been an awful experience and truly the exact opposite. And I was very disappointed that they stated they did nothing wrong and that I would just have to wait for them to grow out because they carry the perming solution but not a relaxer. That makes no sense. I've included four pictures. Two of what my lashes have looked like with an great lash lift and two of how my lashes look right now. The difference is insane with them saying they did nothing wrong. Update: I have received a full refund with a free nature lash serum which I am happier with. It still sucks but at least they did something about it now.

This feedback is for corporate... its seems like natural products are important to you. I'm concerned that you have microwave ovens in every room and that you microwave the sugar wax in plastic containers. The exposure to microwave ovens all day long is not in the best interest of your staff. This is a serious and potentially very dangerous health risk. Additionally, microwaving the plastic containers all day long can add unnecessary PBAs (toxic microplastics) into the sugar scrub which may be toxic for your staff and clients. These issues can easily be resolved by making 2 simple changes to your room set up. 1. Replace microwave with a crock pot or something similar. Have hot water available in the crockpot all day long. 2. Keep the sugar wax in a glass container inside of the hot water in the crockpot. This will keep the sugar wax hot all day and will protect your staff and customers from unnecessary radiation exposure and toxic microplastics. You have smart young women working for you. As an employer, it's your responsibility to protect them. Thanks for taking this feedback. I'd like to use your services again - if you ditch the microwaves. Thanks!
