The most horrible company EVER! Why can I not give a "Zero-Star" rating? It reeks of generosity to even give this company a single star! If you read this review and still choose to patronize these people, you deserve what happens to you! Here is my story. Read all of it. I cracked the screen on my Droid Turbo. As the price of a replacement phone was ridiculous, I decided to see if I could replace the screen. The good news is, you can. The bad news is that I found Fast I Repair and went to them. They ordered a screen and installed it at a price of $100 + tax--high, but not so much as a new phone. But when I got the phone back, it was not working properly. It did not seem to be making calls. I contacted Verizon and worked with them for over 1-1/2 hours, thinking the problem was just a phone setting or something mundane like that. Ultimately, VZ decided that everything was working except the microphone and speaker (including the ear speaker). I took the phone back to the repair shop. They tested it and agreed with VZ. They said they would fix it. Over the next two months (with me paying VZ for service I was not using), they "claimed" to have replaced one module twice, to have replaced two different modules, to have sent it to Texas for repairs, and to have ordered a whole phone from which they took any parts that could be replaced and done so. Bear in mind that the person at the kiosk (Coronado Center in Albuquerque) frequently was on the phone to "his boss" to get approvals, etc. Also, they never over-nighted any parts, so the inconvenience to me was great. Finally, I had had enough. Their last analysis was that they had fixed the phone to the point where the receiving party could hear the call, and the sending party (myself) could either use speaker phone or put ear buds to hear a call. I made clear that this was not acceptable. They had broken my phone and needed to replace it. At first, they said that seemed right. Assuming that they had integrity, I spent a lot of time trying to find a phone at a reasonable price with similar features (None came close to what my phone could do.) and bargained a lower price from VZ. But when I approached them, they refused. They had called "the boss" and said I had only two options: 1) get my phone back with the new screen + $20; 2) get my phone back with a cracked screen+ $40. [Note: $40 was the original deposit I paid on $107.50.] I made clear that this was unacceptable. They broke my phone and had to replace it. Then, they said their policy (which I later photographed) said they were not liable. I went through it line by line showing him that nowhere did it state they had no liability and that no court of law would expunge them from liability for damaging a product that had been brought in for repair. Next--and this is a really disgusting capper that proves they had not been dealing in good faith--I asked to speak to their boss. Amazingly, this person who had constantly been in contact with "the boss" could not find his phone number, either on his phone or on the computer. I took my phone and said I would take it to court as they had clearly been stonewalling me and had acted in bad faith. All I got from the person at the kiosk was a dumb-f*** smile, as in "I don't really care". So you have now read my experience and those from countless people from around the country who have dealt with them. If you now decide to take your business to them, you will be exceedingly foolish. Horrible Horrible experience. I cracked my screen on my iPhone 6S I brought my phone in to these guys to fix, I get it back and now the screen is SUPER sensitive. It's so sensitive that I can't even use the phone app on my iPhone because my cheek will hit the mute button. Typing is a pain because the edge of my skin will just tap the "X" or "Return" while I'm typing making it extremely annoying to type. I've had iPhones dating back to the very 1st iPhone in 2007 and this was never a problem. There's no doubt that when Apple designed their iPhone they tested different pressure sensitivities on their screen and came up with a design that isn't going to cause your cheek to hit the mute button by mistake or cause you to simultaneously delete all your text as you type. I also noticed that the colors on my screen were not as vibrant as my previous iPhone screen. Unfortunately the screen that Fast iRepair installed on my phone was such a poor quality screen that it wouldn't surprise me if these guys just buy the cheapest junk that they can find and try to pass it off as "Apple quality". I would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Know multiple people that have gone to the kiosks in the mall, the parts are of the lowest quality, missing screws and multiple issues that hadn't been resolved. All I can say, you pay for what you get. read more

Having dropped (and thusly smashed) my phone at 8:15 on a Wednesday night, I drove half an hour from the west side to Kenwood Mall, thinking that the Apple Store could help me out. No dice (they wanted me to come back over the weekend). Since going three days without a phone wasn't a viable possibility, I scurried over to the Fast I Repair kiosk where they were closing up for the night. These guys could have easily told me to piss off, but instead they immediately fixed my phone with minutes to spare before closing time. I practically live on my iPhone, so this was a huge lifesaver. Let me start off by saying this is not hyperbole, dealing with these individuals has easily been the worst customer service experience of my life. TL;DR - these individuals are incredible bad at both their jobs and customer service. Save yourself the headache and go down the street to uBreakiFix, they are cheaper, more skilled, and, most importantly, care about their customers. Roughly a month or so ago I had them repair my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen as it was broken. This morning I noticed the screen wouldn't turn on and the screen was literally falling off the rest of the phone. I took my phone back to them, and the individual I first dealt with, who refused to give me his name (he claimed later it was Bobby), could not find me in their system. He asked me the same question "when did you get this repaired with us" between 5-7 times and each time I told him I don't remember my receipt is saved on my phone. I even went as far as giving him my driver's license so he could search me, found nothing. He told me I was past warranty and there was nothing he could do for me. I told him that was fine, I wanted to speak to his higher up. He told me his manager was out until Monday I would have to call back then. I told him that wasn't good enough I would like to speak to someone now. After a bit of back and forth he made a phone call, and lo and behold, his manager, who also initially refused to give me his name, was downstairs at their other kiosk the whole time. I asked him why he lied to me to which he had no answer. At this point I had no intention of ever getting my phone fixed by them, but I did want some questions answered. I asked the manager, Nayeem, how he could know if I wasn't still under warranty if he couldn't find me in their system, to which he had no answer. Nayeem was also incredibly rude and condescending, laughing and smiling while conversing with me. I still wanted answers, so I asked Nayeem to give me his boss's contact information, which he refused to give me. I said that's fine I will take your Corporate HR Director's information instead. He told me his boss and their Corporate HR Director were the same person. Little hard to believe but ok. I asked for a name so I could reach out. He finally told me this individual's name was Alex Jainj, but still would not give me any contact information. He said I could get this on their website, problem is they have no website. Finally, I see Bobby making a phone call and mall security shows up. The security guard I spoke with was very level headed and did a tremendous job of explain to me how I could file a formal complaint with the mall. I just found it funny they had no answers so resorted to calling mall security. I have been in upper management in a customer service related industry for quite some time, I know how to handle difficult situations/people. I didn't even raise my voice to "Bobby" and Nayeem, and they felt their best option was to call security. The last thing I asked Nayeem was, "just out of curiosity as the Manager here isn't it your responsibility to make sure your customer have a good experience at your store?" Not shocked when he said "no". As soon as I figure out whom I need to speak with to get my questions answered I will follow up with another post. Bottom line, their horrible technical skills were only outdone by their unthinkably terrible customer service. Had a screen replacement done. The screen was not sealed well causing my front camera to malfunction. Ultimately the screen recracked due to lifting up with in a few days of being repaired. Took it back and they were not helpful in any way. I will take my phone somewhere where i can get a quality repair. The materials that were used were cheap knockoffs read more

The service was fast and the gentleman running it was very nice! However, I had problems with the new battery he installed in my iPhone. The battery dies at 43%!!! That is not good!!! I paid 37 dollars for the service. The Apple Store would've cost me 79 bucks. It is much more expensive, but you'll get quality products. I don't recommend this kiosk for new batteries! :( read more

I lost my IPhone 6 to this merchant. I took my phone to have its screen repaired. They worked on it without taking out the battery. I can only assume there was a shortcut and the battery caught fire inside the phone. I have no commitments from this company to have the phone repaired in a timely manner. They say they want to attempt to change the battery first and see if the phone works, but the battery has to come from their distributor and the battery could take about three weeks to arrive. Only then we would know if there is anything else broken. Needless to say they needed to scrape the burnt out battery out of the phone and there are other components that look deformed because of the excessive heat. It is obvious to me they want to avoid their responsibility and wear me out or nickel and dime the repair. Save yourself the trouble and consider other merchants. read more

They are HORRIBLE!!!! I have an iPhone. When I first went there it was for a broken home button and cracked screen. They "fixed" it. A couple of days later my phone started going haywire. It started to glitch, turn off by itself, push buttons on the touch screen that I didn't push, and call people on it's on. They told me it was a defective screen. They replaced the screen. Everything was okay for a few more weeks (maybe 3) until my battery started to swell and my screen cracked. I paid over $100 to get the battery and screen replaced. That's when my phone started no longer charging! If my phone would die from a low battery it would not turn back on at all unless I went out to my car and charged it from the car port! I took it back up there and they said "oh sorry, we gave you a defective battery." They then changed the battery out. Did that fix the problem, no! My phone still doesn't charge right and when it dies I still have to take it out to my car! They've taken my phone unloose so many times the brackets started to wear down (unbeknownst) to me. I noticed that my screen was lifted completely off of my phone when I took my case off. I took it back up there and found they had forgotten to put my screws back in the phone. A week or two later I noticed my screen was lifting up AGAIN!! Just my luck, I dropped the phone right after that! I took it back up there and demanded they replace it because my screen would never have a cracked had the screen been properly adhered to the phone in the first place! The guy at the kiosk was rude and condescending! I was pissed and demanded to speak to the owner. The kiosk guy tells me to email him! I told him he was out of his mind as I knew my email would go unanswered!! I demanded direct contact. He then gives me a fake number!!! He gave me the number to their cell phone they use at the kiosk when they step away from the booth and you're waiting for a repair!!! I called him on his deceitfulness! Then he finally calls the owner on the phone and starts speaking in another language to him so I can't understand him! At this point I'd had it so I told him to give me the phone. As I was talking to the manager he was very disrespectful and rude and talking to me as if I were a child! They barely compensated me for ALL of my issues. They only knocked off a few bucks and made me pay for the repairs AGAIN!!! I only did it because I wasn't paying Apple $200 for something these ifast repair guys caused and I'm getting a new phone soon anyway. I'm still stuck with a phone that freezes, doesn't charge properly, and pushes buttons by itself. Do yourself a favor.... DO NOT go here!! You'll be screwed if you do!!! read more

Took my iphone 5 with a broken screen in on Friday, repaired the screen and the headset which allows me to hear people stopped working. Took the phone in today (Sunday 4/12) to repair the headset issue. Neither Adam nor Robert could figure out the problem, so they asked me to come back in tomorrow to get it resolved since the mall was closing (granted, I was there for an 1 hour 15 minutes). I say fine, they put the phone together and give me a screen with a black line going through it. I use my phone a ton for work, so I ask them to please resolve the issue...Robert puts it back together and hands me a screen that doesn't stop flashing and asks if it's acceptable. Sure, if I want to seizure every time I use my phone. I say no and ask him to resolve it...he takes apart the phone, puts a new screen on, puts the phone together, turns it on, and boom...my phone is toast. Doesn't power on, just freezes with 5 white lines on the apple load screen with a bunch of text on the top. He says there is nothing he can do about it and says that he needs to mail it to "corporate" in OKC. I tell him that this customer service is atrocious..I spent $70 for some guy to break my phone? I ask how long it would be to get it fixed...he says, 2 weeks!! So, I tell him that it is totally unacceptable to ask a working professional to spend 14 days without a phone because of a screw up on his part. I took my phone back, and here we are. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. WHATEVER YOU DO, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I went to have my phone screen fixed and after it was done I noticed something was off. The sensor was broken which it was perfectly fine before hand. I came back to the same who tried to fix it but couldn't, so on a different day I came back to a different guy who claimed he could not fix it after had dropped my phone again. (I work in the mall) so apparently they were just okay with breaking a $600 piece of technology. The service was horrible. I came again and what do you know they could and did fix it... But not without trying to pocket $20. My friend offered to pay with a card but they only wanted cash (they have a card machine) so I told them I would not be paying them, considering THEY broke my phone in the first place. Then the red headed kid working threatened to come into my workplace, take my phone and rip it apart for the sensor. Any way,.. Go anywhere else. Seriously. read more
